I had the screens of two phones replaced at this store, and unfortunately, the quality of the materials used was very poor. The first screens they installed made it almost impossible to see the display in sunlight, so I had to return and ask for a better replacement. Just one week later, one of the new screens was already cracked, even with minimal use and no drops. Be careful — while the price may seem attractive, the materials are substandard and won’t last. In this case, trying to save money ended up costing me more. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for quality and durability.

Thank you for your reply, but I’d like to clarify the situation. I came to your store to replace two screens, and the first option you offered was of such poor quality that I could barely see the display. Honestly, you shouldn’t even be offering screens of that quality to customers.

After realizing how bad it was, I returned and paid the difference for the supposedly better screens. However, even after the upgrade, I had to come back two more times because the new screens were having issues.

When things finally seemed fine, I noticed the top part of the screen was coming loose. When I came back to the store for the fourth time, you told me the screen was cracked and suggested I wait until it broke completely to make it worth replacing.

We needed the battery in or HP Spectre was swollen and we took it to about five different places in Kissimmee for them to help us remove it. When we took it to Itech and Jaime the PC tech saw it, he told us YES, he can cut the screw and remove the battery for us. He proceeded to work carefully and removed it and we do appreciate his skill. We were saved time and money by Jaime.
