We got there at 4:45pm everything went well. Server took the order for dinks and came back with them and took the order for food around 4:55 pm. Waiting time for food more than 1 hr and the food was cold. The flavor was not too good not to bad. Music too loud . Only one server for the entire restaurant. Here they come. I asked for the check. When the server came with the check they already have charge 15% of tip(called service charge) for a party of 3. I asked for the fee and she told me that’s her tip. I know they work for tips but as a restaurant you can’t charge the people the amount you want for tips unless you have a big party of people and one dedicated server for them. Tip is a tip as a customer we don’t have to pay the employee salary with a obligatory charge. You can have suggestions for tip but Obligatory charge? Nahhh Good Luck guys you lost another customer. Here is the proof just in case you guys think I’m lying. People be careful with this little details...

It just was a horrible experience for my Family . She did not listen to One word we said And ignored me about 5 times . When I started to order she literally walked away in the middle Of me speaking one . Two my husband asked for the 3 tacos appetizer nd instead got the Mofongo w shrimp . Which is fine mistakes happen . But then my first first order was my daughters I asked for the fries and tenders and she came empty handed . I reminded her a second time and nothing then I told her a THIRD time she still didn’t put her order in . When my Food came out I still didn’t see my Daughters who’s should have been the first order out and she was waiting there hungry and she acted lost and like She didn’t really care . Then we had to wait like 30 mins just to leave because she never took the mofongo w shrimp off our bill and almost had us pay for somthing we did not order . And expected a tip ? Crazy absolutely not . Mind u I am not one to do this . This is my first complaint ever but to not listen completely and the place was pretty much empty doesn’t make...

Same exact experience as Jorge. We were the first people to arrive in tonight, food took almost an hour to get served. Food was ok. I unfortunately didn't read each charge but noticed the note at the bottom of the receipt which says they charge 15% for parties 6 or more, we were three. So I added 15% to the bill for tip. After I was trying to figure out why my bill was high, I noticed they already added 15%, so she got a 30% tip, and she didnt even bring out our salads? Nope, I told the waitress I didn't realize it was added on because the note at the bottom says 6 or more people..she started rambling, said she doesn't know why that note isn't removed from the bill, that we sat at a table for 6, that her manager wasn't there, and there is a sign at the front counter....etc. I think of people like my parents or other latinos and how this scam must get so many people. Not cool! New to the area but definately...
