Solaris at Kissimmee Apartments — Local services in Kissimmee

Just moved into Solaris in kissimmee & wow first impression = kinda blown away.. brand new everything, feels fresh walking in, way nicer than a lot of spots I toured. I’m in Orlando a lot for work & ngl traffic from here hasn’t been bad at all (was bracing for worse).. on remote days I end up in the cowork/lounge spots instead of stuck in my apt which lowkey makes working feel less like a grind apt itself is fresh everything. Big windows = actual sunlight.. kitchen island that isn’t just for show, closets that fit more than 2 jackets lol. Pool + gym legit look like the pics online (rare) and the place overall feels maintained.. Random note, apparently Living Residential has other properties out of state & this is their first in FL?? looked them up and ppl say they’re really involved w/ residents.. and I see it, they’re really nice & warm when you talk to them, they really care and connect instead of just treating you like another lease. Any q’s I had got answered quick & it feels like they’re paying attention. Overall it just fits rn. New build, easy to live in, works w/ my schedule.. glad...

I don’t typically leave reviews but I really wanted to highlight Amanda! She has been truly amazing during the pre-leasing/leasing experience!!! In the process of relocating and she’s helped amazingly with all my anxious questions and has been very thorough with making sure that everything is up to speed. So excited to move in!
