Been going here for a little bit now since I had purchased 2 different vouchers from this establishment. I normally always deal with the niece which is a pleasure to work with but yesterday I was greeted by the aunt who I am assuming is the business owner. Once she opened the door to let me in I sense a bad vibe from her. I normally don’t go to unaesthetic looking places but I decided to give this location a try since it was a closer drive from hunter creek which is normally where I go and they also had great reviews as well as their prices. I normally don’t leave negative reviews but this one had to be done. There was a confusion on my appointment service and all which is understandable but all she had to do is look at her scheduling system to figure it out but no instead I was getting questioned and had to show my vouchers a few times. Idk if there was a language barrier because my Spanish isn’t that great as that was how I was trying to explain to her my treatment for that day. If it was inputted incorrectly in her system that’s not your customer’s fault. It’s not like I typed it in myself. I was even adding a treatment additional to my voucher that her niece recommended on my last visit. Mind you after all went down she ( the business owner) tells me I can’t purchase anymore Groupon for the service ( which I would NEVER after that experience). Which is a lie because if I go on my app it says I can purchase 2 more times. Her niece ended up doing the service and they even had my next scheduled appointment on file still good. No apologies or anything given from the owner she just leaves. I have my next appointment scheduled in a few that I’m canceling and forfeiting because I refuse to deal with this lady’s business. That’s what I get for cheating on my original place. Lower prices never means better quality!!...
