Real New York Pizza — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Calzone was Burnt black. The top was cool, the bottom burnt my mouth bad. Mostly bread, I ordered mushroom beef olive and chicken. There was a few pieces of chicken, a lot of canned uncooked mushrooms, I didn't see any olives and the ground beef was so small at first I thought it was non-existent as well but on closer inspection it was just tiny pieces of meat. The hostess was very sweet, she took my order wrong to begin with so they had to make my pasta after they made my calzone. While I was waiting she gave me a Snapple but I had already tipped her $5 expecting the place to be good , so I guess I paid for the Snapple myself. I haven't looked at my chicken parm and I'm not sure that I want to, with the burned mouth, I might just drop it in a dumpster somewhere......

Worst service ever. We ordered two pizzas and one of them looked like it was dropped and stepped on. One slice was missing and replaced with a slice form another pizza. It was completely thin and the replaced slice was fluffy. Pizza took forever to arrive and on top of that, it was cold. We called the place to report the complaint and offered to send a picture but they didn’t seem to want to see the picture. They offered to make a new pie but we had to pick it up. First time having there pizza, I want to give everyone a chance. Not only major pizza companies. I am not racist, however the lady I spoke to spoke poor English. Was speaking to me half Spanish and English. Anyways, I gave them a try did not like it at all. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, with mild wings, and garlic bread. Pizza had no pepperoni, and wasnt that good. The wings aren't good either, garlic bread was good. I called saying what are we going to do with the pizza and the man said for me to drive over there. No bitch, I'm not driving over there. Poor customer service!...
