Unidos Supermarket — Local services in Kissimmee

I am incredibly disappointed. I have been coming to the store for over five years now and been shopping there religiously they had a pile of churrasco steaks very thin approximately 20 packages of them each having prices of about 2.20 or more so I grabbed about 10 packages . As I went to check out the cashier scanned one and said oh no oh no no no she looked at the packages and took them all without saying anything and went to the back when she came back. She told me sorry I can’t sell those to you. They’re bad I said the meat wasn’t bad if the price was a mistake that is not a problem of mine. That is a mistake of the stores and you should honor the price that’s on them. She just continue to ignore me and scan my items and refuse to call a manager to the front when asked for them. I understand that if the price was mistakenly put on there that’s fine but either on the price or have the manager come to the front to talk to me about it. I can guarantee you she put those steaks to the side and she will be purchasing them herself on the end...

I will never ever spend a dime in this supermarket. I went today to by 10 sandwiches and I did what everyone is suppose to do “ waited on line “ However ; they have a separate line for customers that just want to buy bread ; these individuals were getting their bread and forming a separate line outside of the maze line they have to order food and once I noticed that the ladies were serving them , I simply asked if there were 2 lines for ordering food. I couldn’t believe the response I got from the lady behind the counter - Oh ! These people were already here. Really Lady ! I watched most of them come through the front door while I was on line. She kept mumbling in Spanish as if I were the problem. Needless to say ; I lost my appetite and left - they’re rude to customers and if I have to drive an extra 5 to 10 miles I will because I will never give that business any of my hard earned money. These women have a lack of respect for customers, I wonder if they’re even certified as food handlers because they are not qualified to...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, this place has poor food management. Just reported them to the health dept. after purchasing spoiled chicken, way too spoiled I took it home to prepare same day and it stunk up my fridge almost vomited with the smell. I contacted management and reminding him I had warned him in a previous occasion that there was human hair in one of the packages of chicken, a completely molded block of cheese that clearly had been sitting there for some time, some food items with no expiration date, and not to mention rotten produce he had the nerve to tell me folks still purchase and eat the produce that way, and he would refund me calling me sweetheart. I am sure he thought being sweet would help but instead was in no way apologetic or offered to refund my entire purchase for wasting my time driving there causing me to have to eat take out that evening and my waste of time having to drive back for the refund. Don’t go to this place it’s already been shut down for there hot food...
