Subway — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I went to visit this subway. Mind u I just had surgery and a teacher so I am very hungry. I have been using the QR code for the buy one get one free and adding on the drink, no issues at other location....the manager I believe his name is nick told me I can scan code but I need to have actual coupon too...I never heard this an even said to him it states on coupon to scan, can be used in store and online...he did not want to listen to me as a customer and thinks he knows it all when it comes to using a QR code. He is very unprofessional and needs to be more trained. Usually I just scan the qr code at other subways and no issues. I do not have an actual coupon. It is a code that is scanable issued by subway itself....this is way unprofessional since I had my sub sitting and waiting and I am extremely hungry and freshly out of surgery....as I said I have never had any issues going into a subway and ordering with a qr code. It's so unprofessional because I can go online and the coupon will work...but it also states can be used in store, online and app...manager I felt very bias towards me or he seriously thinks he needs an actual coupon to get reimbursed. But it's not a coupon. It's a coupon that has a QR code that is scanable via phone....He thinks he's top dog it is what he says it is...but he may need more training because I've had it done...

I normally enjoy my experience at this location but today I got my sandwich with a side of attitude. Everything that I said had a question to follow like I was ordering something that’s not on the menu. If I asked for more of a topping I got a “more?” back. If I want the sandwich to be filled with straight black pepper that’s what I am paying for. The lemonade was all out and I was going to wait patiently until the worker was done to bring it up but instead I got an eye roll and a sigh like I was an inconvenience. I get this same order every time I go but if I see her working behind the counter I’ll go somewhere...

3 different times and dates ; same 2 unhappy employees! This girl was notoriously high and the guy who she called from the back cane to prepare my sandwich sweating and on several occasions he touches his face forehead and nose and kept on preparing my sandwich!! I asked him to stop making my sandwich and let the girl finish it but when I looked at him his nose was dirty I told him but he didn’t believe me it’s not the first time that I go to this location and I have issues with the same two employees too much for sanitation and safety …..

I don’t recommend this...
