I really wanted to give 5 stars but just can’t. I got a pedicure from Stephanie who is pregnant. She did a PHENOMENAL job with my pedi and was very thorough. She was also very kind and gave great customer service. I went a few weeks later to get a full set from Ann who made suggestions on how to achieve the nails I wanted. I followed her lead. Ann shapes nails beautifully and works fast. However, 2 days later two of my nails broke which has NEVER happened in my 20+ years of doing my nails. Especially with a fresh set. One broke while opening gifts for Christmas and the other broke while unloading groceries. Just regular activities. When I went to get them fixed, there was no charge but Ann was very off putting and even seemed like she had an attitude. I was instantly turned off but still considered potentially returning. Well, 5 days later, another nail broke on a different hand. I was opening a plastic bag with food inside of it so ince again, it’s not like I was doing something strenuous or being reckless. Between the first two nails that broke, the attitude Ann gave as well as not even being apologetic, and then the third nail break, I will not be returning here. :(

A few days later…

Quick update - just removed a star. After only 2 weeks of getting a fresh set, a 4th nail broke this morning while getting dressed for work! Once again nothing strenuous for this to happen other than simply pulling my shirt over my head. This has never ever happened! The only time my nails have broken is when I’ve had the same set for a long time and needed to soak off and redo. Im astounded that this happened. To make matters worse, she used a light colored white acrylic which I was ok with because I had every intention on returning to her to do an ombré or something but now I will have to soak these off because every nail salon is different and trying to match can be difficult. Paying for a brand new set after this being a brand new set is...

Unfortunately my last few experiences were not great. I used to come here many years ago and it was very nice. Even though the place is clean. The last time I was here 2 weeks ago I scheduled manicure with a refill. I arrived prior on time for my appointment and I know is holiday season and I know sometime it takes longer that usual and I was fine with it. But the the guy that is the owner. He ask me to seat and I did, and he goes "ok you wanna do refiell,right" and I go like yes with manicure as well. And then he said "well I don't do manicure" . And I told him, I booked it with manicure too. Well you need to wait more because I don't do manicure". I didn't say anything i just went back and wait for another person. That's not nice. I booked the appointment for a reason to have the manicure with the refill done. When they are not busy they even ask you if you want something to drink ( which I don't care) but when they are busy they just want to do the appointment and move to the next person without taking in consideration that you are paying for a service that you booked franchise, and you are expecting for them to do it. And then the lady that I guess she's his wife. She's been very nice at the beginning and last time same thing I told her manicure please. And she goes "oh honey you don't need manicure" and I'm like. Even thought is close to my house I will not go there again. I gave them many opportunities but I guess I have to take the fact that when they are busy you don't get what you want. SECOND VISIT REVIEW- ($65) pedi/mani; Acrylic fill, with gel and nail design Liah is a really talented artist. She was right on point with the red color that I wanted on my mani/ pedi. It was a long wait because I didn’t initially have an appointment, but they were very friendly and advised me of the timeframe. I left and came back and only had to wait about 10 min to be seen. Con: It can get a bit costly. It was an additional $ for every design. Looking at the pic, I paid for the marble design, the French on one nail and an additional cost to add lines to the French (three different designs). This was 3wks after my first. visit.

FIST VISIT REVIEW ($75) Acrylic nails w/design Leah was amazing! She was personable and the only person I could find in Saint Cloud that does true ombré. Even when it seemed like the owners were rushing her, she took her time and I really appreciated that. I could tell that she took pride in her work. When the owner advised me that no one could do the additional design on one nail that I wanted, again Leah took her time and tried, instead of sending me away just saying, “no”. ...and it turned out great. While, I didn’t appreciate the perceived rushing from the owner. I considered giving 4 stars as a result. Leah’s service made up for it. I’ll definitely be back!! Check...
