Move elsewhere, please. Yes it looks nice on the outside and may seem welcoming but truthfully once you’re in you’re gonna wanna get out. All these nice reviews are because when you download the app to pay for rent they give reward points for completing several welcome games and reviewing is one of them. We have been at the Jamison for 3 years and in the beginning there was a roach infestation in my apt and had to be pest controlled like 3 times for it to finally go away. There’s still currently silverfish in the apt since we got there. AC would break whenever it wanted; one time it broke during winter times and their excuse for not coming during after hours was bc “it was cold outside and if we’re hot we could just open a window” (this was said by a maintenance employee). The pool is almost always closed and it isn’t even big enough for even half the community to enjoy. Not only will there be dog poop all over the lake but you’ll have your daily morning pee and poop on the elevators as well from pet owners who don’t take responsibility for their dogs. We had an issue MONTHS before our lease ends this year which we made aware to management several times about our master bedroom WREAKING of weed and cigarettes every other night to the point we couldn’t even enter our master bedroom (ps… I’m pregnant and I had to smell that bc management didn’t care) and sometimes even spread to the living room bc of how strong it was and no action was made despite this community being “smoke free”. Walls and roofs are cracking. You’ll have issues with trash collectors not picking up your trash even though it’s INSIDE the bin !? Gates for peace of mind ? Forget about it bc they’re both always broken anyway 😂😂😂 Y’all, this place is just ratchet. There’s so much more I can talk about like how the elevators are always broken too and you’ll probably get stuck in them eventually but I’ll leave it at this. They have staff for absolutely no reason bc they’ll solve no issues you bring to them. You’ll be paying 2k+ for “ratchet luxury”. Just take yourself and your family elsewhere. Also not even sure why their response to reviews is to call them when they don’t even answer the phone and completely disregard messages.

Ps… there’s a wasp infestation. I’ve had two instances of wasps coming inside our apartment to which they say cannot be handled by maintenance bc “they’re not required to help with that.” Exterminator doesn’t do absolutely anything. I informed them that there’s wasp nests outside the building and his response was “I can’t reach 4 stories up high” LOL. Also there’s pink mold in the bathrooms doesn’t matter how many times...

I loved this place is peaceful and good neighborhood. Location is great! I will like to thanks Management Cris Winchester she is a good to listening take time and working to resolved situation. She handle with care and kindness in an outstanding manner. She is a good Human Resources I know because I have a Master degree in this degree she is a great definition of manager. I lived here for over 4 years now I moved from a studio to (1) bedroom. We have one of the better gym that I see in this neighborhood no need to go at all gym club we have all equipment and space here next to the beautiful poll that looks like a beach.🏖️ I have now a beautiful view to the pond and a balcony oh what a beautiful view specially at night. I enjoy with my grandnephew a little park next to the pool and sometimes in the club with different games he like it preferred to be there than my apartment when he visited so I enjoy with him. He likes to see the pond and walked around in the sidewalk. A good team of hard working are maintenance you called when you need and next day or same are by your side. We have by weekend chinchorreo to those who are boricuas you know what I mean but to those who aren’t means food trucks working at the front time by time 5pm to 8pm so sometimes I don’t even cook I go to el chinchorreo in my community and enjoy with my family. Sometimes thy do event I remember a comedy events and some family events even for kids month by month they have ideas to keeping neighbors happy. I know a lot of my neighbors yes I guess I am here until they tarring so how I can’t not knowing my surrender better than others and neighbor is somebody know this place is me until they beginning. The only problems that I found is that sometimes people don’t take the opportunity to read and if you read when you get out be careful with the gate they opened in your side so pay attention and be careful when you left with you car have some spaces between gate and your car avoid an accident it’s happened a lot that people don’t read the sign or paid attention and struck the gate and to get in working again it’s take time until they fixed it. Well I hope this information be good to anybody who like reviews like me is good to know other people experience so I cooperate to let you know mine experiences for years and why not more to come. Hope you find a good places to live like I found mine. English is my second language so sorry for any mistake I do my best still learning life...

I lived here for one year in a studio apartment. my experience started off rough because my upstairs neighbor was what you would only imagine from a nightmare. he was so inconsiderate and on occasion i called the police because i thought someone was being violently murdered upstairs. i was a single female living alone and so scared, but the security officer was able to solve the issue after around 2 months of this issue. after that, everything was great! -- up until i randomly woke up to my apartment infested with roaches. It was so so bad ya'll. my home was unliveable. i would cry and be so damn depressed because i am terrified of roaches 1, and 2. HOW THE HECK DID THEY EVEN GET THERE?! Well, after inquiring with the leasing office, they informed me that the whole building was infested because of one of my neighbors who let his apartment get in bad shape, resulting in an infestation in his apartment that lead to all the surrounding apartments to be affected. It was an issue up until the last month before my lease ended, and that was so exhausting. Do you know what if feels like to be scared to be in your own house because roaches are crawling and chasing you from under the WALLS?!!! i cannot make this up. I lived in building 981. also, my studio went from $1,200 to $1450 if i renewed my lease, which i think is so unfair. like, dont they want their residents to stay long-term? why make it so expensive and increase the rent every single year. that would drive people out. it drove me out of there. But BESIDES ALL OF THAT, i loved the pool, the beautiful views from the lake, the security i felt from it being a gated community (even though the gates would be out of order more often than not) and the location!!! i really loved that location. If i could give my advice to the leasing office, i guess be more strict when it comes to neighbors being noisy, and maybe do cleanliness inspections to make sure peoples apartments arent infested with roaches, and also keep the security guard there that worked in 2022!! he was so helpful. lastly, i miss that pool! my little heaven!
