We have ordered here several times, but the past few times have not been the best experience however this last one I was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. We ordered mobile order on Saturday the 19th, and pick up time was for 5:20pm, we arrived shortly after that time and the order had not even been started so my husband waited while he helped others and then made our order that was already paid for. We got home and sat down to eat and realized one of the orders was incorrect, missing half of the toppings ordered and was also drowning in mayo when regular mayo was ordered. The other sandwich was correct but was also drowning in mayo and was soupy and soggy, the 3rd sandwich had cold bacon when it was one of the hot sandwiches. I drove back to have the order corrected and since he was helping 2 others I waited off to the side by the front but was not acknowledged at all. He looked up at me twice and kept looking away until he finally walked over and just stood in front of me starring at me but not speaking. It was very awkward. I let him know we picked up the mobile order but it was not made correctly. Again he just starred at me and didn't speak. I told him I needed the order redone because it was not correct, he still just kept looking at me like he was annoyed and didnt know why I was there, walked away back to the other people he was with and just said "I'll have someone". I got behind the two he was helping and waited but he never got anyone or said anything to anyone. When he was finished with the other people he walked over to me but again didn't speak and just looked. I gave him my receipt and told him it was the top order. He took the receipt and started to remake the sandwich. When he was finishing I noticed he was still not putting all the toppings so I told him he was forgetting, he just said "yep!" I had requested vinegar but didn't see him put any so I asked if he put the vinegar and again just got "yep!". He wrapped up the sandwich and handed it to me again without speaking to me and walked away, so I took the sandwich and left. No apology was given, no acknowledgement, nothing at all. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. This was the most awkward and uncomfortable experience, and it was clear he was annoyed, and treated me like I had no right to go back to have my order that I paid for made as requested! I got home and the order was still not fully correct as some items were requested to have been extra and that was not given. This is a waste of time, money, and gas to have to go back and forth after picking up an order, and I probably wont go back to this location for some time. I'll go back to ordering subs...
Read moreSo disappointed with the customer service my order was incomplete- on 5/5 placed an online order for delivery at 520 pm , I contacted the store 5 times before someone answered , when I informed the associate on shift my order was incomplete she debated that it was door dashes fault for not completing the order before leaving , I told her I spoke with door dash and they said subway never handed them the rest of the order , no accountability, so I asked if I can come in to have my order remade my sandwiches weren’t toasted and I was missing all of my drinks , the associate stated I’d have to wait until the manager Theresa comes in tomorrow morning , I asked why do I have to wait until the next day to fix my order ? She kept speaking over me and reiterated that there’s nothing she can do - I told her I’d just like a refund , she told me I still had to wait until tomorrow for a refund , my nachos were cold , my subs weren’t toasted , and I was missing all of my drinks , I was willing to come in to get my missing items but they stated I wasn’t able to until a manager was present which is tomorrow morning the next day . That’s insane . I am completely dissatisfied, and super thirsty ! Read moreI have been sitting here for 1 hour past pickup time waiting for a mobile order. I could have gotten in line and just ordered a sandwich 3 or 4 times. But I ordered a mobile order for the convenience. Let’s start here. I used Face ID on your app and somehow got temporarily locked out of my own account for whatever security reason. So I had to order as guest. Then I get in here at the pickup time and the poor single worker in here has people ordering in the line (making sandwiches as fast as she can not her fault at all) and is somehow supposed to be able to do the mobile thing at the same time? All the while people just keep rolling into the line. I’m not a complainer. But this is kind of crazy. Don’t make mobile ordering an option if you’re not going to put the personnel necessary in the store to handle it when it’s busy. I have no problem just standing in the line which I will probably do going forward. But if you’re going to offer a mobile order option it should actually work.
