Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

Recently Ive become a regular at this Starbucks, typically i come in mornings before my job the morning crew consists of a wonderful team of ladies I tend to mobile order so the barista i know best is Ariana and WOW is she one of a kind she brings a positive environment and i love how comfortably she speaks and communicates with her team! Not only that but sometimes there’s a line of guest waiting to talk to her she has such wonderful energy it’s easy to get lost in conversation with her she even remembers guest by name! And you may think this warrants a 5 star review but the reason im forced to write this is due to a recent visit, the day i walked in and the energy was completely off i know most of the morning crew by now but there was a woman i haven’t met she was wearing a flanneled shirt had a head band and her hair was carelessly thrown into a messy bun, she wasn’t wearing any thing not a name tag a Starbucks hat or apron one would assume she just walked behind the counter and started running up and down the line, she presented her self very poorly honestly i was worried about her serving food due to the clear poor hygiene and overall she was unwelcoming you could see certain employees overwhelmed and several guest waiting in line she ignored all these factors to do what? Seemingly nothing I suggest this location reexamines who they have representing there company before she drives...

Nicest Starbucks I have ever sincerely been to not just aesthetically speaking but the morning crew are so so sweet and considerate. Went in around 8:30am on Halloween everybody was festive, some dressed up and they seemed to be enjoying their day despite how hectic Starbucks can get especially being the only one for a few miles. Got a call mid through a brief chat with one of the baristas (them inquiring about my own mask indulging me in a story about my pet rabbit) about a potential job and I'm convinced they're part of why I had such a successful interview and eventually hire the same day! It really gave me a boost to be in the right mood for something usually nerve wracking and get a great coffee to boot. Returning today a couple days after, mask off they still recognized me, still gave big smiles, asked about my pet and the atmosphere still very comfortable and friendly despite the rush hour again. I thanked them for the good morning they provided on halloween that I believe ensured my hiring they congratulated me heartily like good friends, asked follow up questions, joking lightly just really great folks. I'm not a daily coffee drinker but I just might start if it means such a great start to the day. Thank you all and your amazing crew!!

THE WORST STARBUCKS... NAY, WORST BUSINESS/COMPANY EVER! I have been to Starbucks all around the world! Asia, Europe, all over America, etc. and by far this is the worst place EVER! I have terrible GERDS/IBS so 9.5 times out of 10, I can't have anything at Starbucks other than decafinated tea or coffee. This place refuses to give you a cup of free tap water unless you buy something... what kind of world you have to live in for someone to charge for tap water or to force you to buy something that would make you get sick and destroy your stomach. Imagine if every business started to do that. Where does it end? When they have a price limit for complimentary TAP water? or what... will you start charging TAP water as part of a meal package and start up-charging people for TAP WATER? Go get BENT whoever owns this Starbucks! Corporate should reprimand or shut stores like you down. If my stomach was fine, I would purchase my favorite warm banana bread with tea, but it's not!
