Twistee Treat Partin Settlement — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I go to Twistee Treat a lot over by my house in Kissimmee (Pleasant Hill location), however I decided to go to the location on Partin Settlement on my way home from work last night to get my "go to order" of a large heath bar twirl with lots of extra candy and extra on top. I ordered 2 large heath twirls (paid for double extra candy on both twirls *an extra $3 on top of the $5.49/ea.) to satisfy my craving for the week. ...Let's just say I might as well ordered 2 large vanilla ice creams because other than the small scoop of extra candy on top (which I had to request AGAIN at the window) that is what I received. It was TERRIBLE. I paid $14 ($7 per twirl) for this. Next time I will opt to take the detour past my house, after a long hard day at work, just to make sure that I get what I ordered and PAID FOR next time. I understand that the line was long and I waited a good 20 minutes in line, however I only ordered those blizzards and 2 cheese dogs, so half of my order was, in my opinion, ruined. At the VERY LEAST what is paid for ON TOP OF THE original cost should be made a PRIORITY... If I wanted vanilla ice cream with a small scoop of heath on top, I would have went to the grocery store and bought a container of vanilla ice cream and a heath bar candy bar and just broke it up and thrown some on top for a third of the price. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

☆☆☆UPDATE: Rating changed from 1 stars to 3 stars due to the General Manager Victoria making things right for me. She was EXTREMELY kind, VERY professional, apologetic and she understood my complaint. She offered me a full refund or to replace the 2 items. I opted to have the items replaced which she made personally and they were wonderful. She even offered to bring them out to my car so that I didn't have to get out of it. I told her I didn't mind getting out, that I just appreciated what she was doing. I was able to meet her in person and shake her hand and thank her: WONDERFUL woman. Also the staff is young and I commend these kids for working. Although I am choosing to keep my original review out of respect for those looking for an honest review, I do understand now that when I went to this location, unbeknownst to me, they had opened literally a FEW days prior. So many of the workers were new to making these ice cream treats which of course I was unaware of at the time of writing and...

My third time was also a pleasant visit. This time, the ordering in drive-thru was a bit choppy. They were having trouble hearing me, but we made it through. I tried the Peanut Butter shake which was very good.

I have now been twice and had a similarly pleasant experience. Lines were short, the service was quick, and the ice cream was delicious. This time, I tried a glacier, which is basically just a mix of the soft serve vanilla and any slushie flavor. I opted for cherry, which at first I found to be a bit subtle and hard to taste against the more robust vanilla flavor of the ice cream, but I found once it began to melt a bit, the flavors started to blend pretty well.

Tried them for the first time today drive thru to go. They were fairly quick, got my order right, and no customer service issues. I ordered the Strawberry and vanilla swirl soft serve small with a cake cone, which just seemed like a sugar cone, so maybe just another name for it. The portion was more than enough for me, an occasional ice cream indulging kinda guy.

I would return as it was a solid choice for quick and inexpensive, but tasty ice cream. Defintely want to try other menu items, as I did not know they were that diverse in options (sundaes, slushies, floats, malts,...

Me and my fiancee really do like coming here. This place has the best ice cream 🍦 🍨 here. The ice cream here is sooo good. Me and my fiancee came here. Twice already and we love it. This place has great ice cream cones 🍦and this placr has great sundaes 🍨. This place is not expensive at all. My fiancee had a small carmel sundae 🍨 here 4 days ago and we ended up spliting the sundae 🍨 . The small sundae 🍨 from here tbis place gives you alot of ice cream. You really get your money 💰 worth here. I do recommend coming here for some delicious ice cream 🍦 🍨. If you are in the mood for dessert 🍨 after eating dinner then the Twistee Treat is the place to be. The staff is friendly. You can eat your ice cream outdide . There is out door sitting here.
