I can't believe how far you guys have fallen. I ordered 2 jackets on 9/27 for my deckhands on my lobster boat. Website said these guy cotten jackets were in stock .I gave the same information I have always given for shipping (name , address, credit card info) as I always do. 8 days later I ordered a bus heater for my boat and gave the same information. I received the heater 3 days later but still had not received the jackets. I called on 10/10 to inquire about my order and I has told it has placed on hold because of suspected fraud but they took the money out of my account. I was transferred to another woman to discuss this matter( she was very pleasant) and she said it was flagged as fraud and she will release it from that status. She then proceeded to tell me that the jackets will be released when they get it from the store. I asked when that would be because I ordered these on 9/27 and they are needed for my deckhands. She said she doesn't know. Why I wasn't sent an email or someone call and speak with me I have no idea. Why she wouldn't check on when it could be shipped to correct the problem on their end I have no idea. Such a sad state of affairs doing business has become! The job is filling and delivering the order not just taking the order and not worry about everything else. Like I said both women were very pleasant so I give them some credit. I have bought from Hamilton marine for many years and am seriously going to look elsewhere. I canceled my order and hopefully you will take this review into deep consideration...

Hamilton Marine has a number of locations along the Maine coast. The staff always been helpful. I've learned a lot just wandering in the place. HM may not be aware that they have a tourist market. We have bought tourist items. We have refitted our RV with LED lights. A mail carrier can find gloves that allow one to keep fingers in the winter. Surviving life working on the ocean drives a market for all sorts of things that make surviving inland more pleasant. We have even bought materials for reconstruction of our 60 year...

Stopped in this past Friday for LP Gas. Takes 15 minutes to get help. The woman comes outside and ask to make sure...can you fill 100lb tanks...the lady looks at me and says "no I cant lift them", I said there are guys inside that could help. She then retreats and says "no, we dont have the equipment to fill them" what equipment its not different than a 20lb tank just bigger.....needles to say i left...
