Overall rating after going to BC 2 times.
First experience was overall 3/5
The tables were a little dirty and the manager seemed unenthusiastic.
I got a Lox and it was well made with a good amount of cream cheese and salmon for the price (I did ask for generous cream cheese).
The second time the staff was very short (there were only two other people waiting/in line at the time) so being busy would not be a good excuse for shortness. And then when I got my Lox (still asked for generous cream cheese) there was hardly any and I asked for a side for free because there was maybe one thin THIN layer. The staff told me it was extra and the Lox is already their most expensive or one of the most expensive sandwiches and I just sat down and ate what I had.
Overall this place would have gotten 4/5 stars if the staff should be more friendly and attentive. Additionally, a generous amount of cream cheese is not a difficult task, especially when a customer...
Read moreMy husband and I decided to try Bagel Caboose on our way out of town. We ordered coffee, tea, a bagel/egg sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. The staff were rude and impatient. On our way to the car my husband noticed something nasty on the lid of his coffee cup so he went back in. When I returned to the car, I opened the lid of my tea to add some sugar, I noticed that the milk was sour. I went to follow my husband back in and made the staff aware of the milk. We returned to the car and as I opened my bagel with cream cream I saw that it was toasted. I did not order it toasted as it melts the cream cheese.I gave it a try anyway and the all cream cheese dripped out, making a mess on the paper and it wasn't good, just could't eat it. My husband then opened his coffee cup to check the milk and as they had filled it right to the rim it spilled. We threw it all away and hit Dunkin Donuts....
Read moreLiterally picks up the phone and hangs up when they’re “too busy”. Absolutely ridiculous when I try to give them money everyday and they make it difficult. I’m extra nice when I’m in there and still get an awful attitude. I’ll continue my search for a breakfast spot in the area that doesn’t come with a price.

To respond in this way on a public forum as a business owner is such a cringy situation. I now understand you do not care about customer service or money at all. It’s been a year and I haven’t been back and don’t plan to at all. I like to be treated with respect by the people I give my money to daily, it’s really not too much to ask for. Whoever you have responding to these reviews are doing an injustice to your business.
