UPDATE: I'M WRITING AN UPDATE BECAUSE INDICO NEEDS TO BE BOYCOTTED FOR UNETHICAL ACTIVITY TODAY!
INDICO'S RESPONSE IS A BLATANT LIE. Per the response below, these women are saying that I did not purchase the cartridge at their dispensary but that's just a bald-faced lie. See pic below. They say I needed a receipt but they are playing games as she confirmed I bought the cartridge at Indico. She was the one who told me it was in July! When I first arrived she looked at my cartridge and said " That's a highpoint cartridge. We haven't sold those since Jan. I said well I was here over the summer and I bought it here so I'm not sure then. She never once mentioned a Cadilac cartridge as she is doing below. -again see my pic. She looks in her computer and says - yeah it looks like you bought it in July but we don't sell those anymore so we can't return it. If you had called us when you first purchased it we maybe could have done something but we don't have the product anymore. Never once did she tell me the cartridge was a Cadillac cartridge. In regards to the other stuff about being intimidating and corralling then to the doors. Neither one left their spots from behind the counter and if they have video they know I can prove that as well.
This review at first was a bad review now its to encourage the public to BOYCOTTS THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE UNETHICAL and these two women specifically are LYING BULLIES and quite honestly amateurs at that. BUYER BEWARE. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I found indico because it's next door to Marks Organics (awesome dispensary btw) In July I stopped in and was greeted by a girl with long brown hair who I noticed was pretty unfriendly but whatever we all have bad days. I buy a cartridge and some herb. I drive home (over an hour) when I eventually open the cartridge I twist it on the battery an it immediately doesn't work. No pull, no air coming through, nothing. I twist it off the battery and the top immediately breaks off which now makes it useless.
Ok now I know things happen so no biggie. I go to Maine about every quarter so I put it in my drawer and think when I go up next, I will bring and swap it out. Fast forward to yesterday. I go in and the girl with the long brown hair (the grumpy one who initially sold it to me) tells me that she can't take it back because they no longer sell that brand and they haven't since January. Umm ok but I calmly tell her I purchased it in July. She looks in her computer and says OK well, either way we don't sell it anymore so there's nothing i can do. Well can you exchange for a similar cartridge? Nope. So I ask her to speak to the manager as I think they should stand by their product. She tells me she is the manager and her decision is final. Sorry. Bye. Bye? Umm... ok... so I then ask to speak to the owner. Another woman comes out and I explain the situation and tell her that I feel that in good faith they should honor their products. She gives me the same rehearsed answer and says no. Grumpy girl then says how do we know you haven't tampered with it or purposely broke it and now your trying to return it.? I look at them both incredulously and say, so you think there is a chance I purposely broke it and now I'm trying to return it?? At this point I realize they are both not the owner, and I asked for the owners name which they will not give me. They then tell me if I don't leave immediately they will call the police and have me removed. WHAT?? Call the police? Yes, they say im on private property and I'm no longer welcome in their store. BLOWN AWAY would be an understatement. There are no words to describe how these two women made me feel. Whoever the owner of this store is, you are doing yourself a HUGE disservice by having these women representing your name and your brand. This is a small community. We are patients who have many serious medical illnesses that cause us a lot of pain. These two women have absolutely zero business selling to a community that needs kind,...
Read moreI've been going to Indico for 1.5 yrs at the very least now. I drive over 3 hrs there and back, and until today on September 16th I have not had a bad experience with their products or staff. I purchased 2 of their 1.5 house blend 5 packs for what was seen to be a good deal. Eagerly I opened my first 5 pack and to my dismay not one would smoke! It was like trying to get a bowling ball through a straw. So I opened the other pack like an idiot and 2 out of 5 you can sorta pull. So instead of just coming on here I call them all within 30 mins of my order. I was welcomed with the most "sincere" ohhh sorry. Even after being very polite and letting them know they may want TY check their batch in case this keeps happening as to avoid a headache. I opened the door for a is there a way we can make this right? Maybe a credit with us, maybe money back since you were literally just here and told us you were staying 10 mins away, anything but that rushing me off of the phone with a ohhh sorry. Long story long, save your time and money buying their prerolls unless you enjoy throwing hard earned...
Read moreOn April 1st, 2021 my wife purchased 7 tubes of the 20mg Passion Fruit flavor night time gummies for $35.00 per package from Indico 120 State Rd Kittery, Maine. Within 8 days mold/bacteria started form all over the gummies. We didn’t know what the mold/bacteria was so we threw several gummies away. Then all the containers started to have one or two get the bacteria. My wife called Indico. No one was available to take her call so she left a message. No one ever called back. I went to their website to try to contact them @ Twitter or email and nothing worked. I then left a “contact us” message and still no response. I’m sure that our purchase wasn’t unique and all gummies from this or maybe all batches are bad. I have attached a couple of photos. DO NOT BUY these gummies from Indico Kittery, Maine. Indico Kittery Maine has very bad...
