Decent apartments for OIT students. Hot water and pressure is superb. Very expensive at $2,000 per term (+$285/term for the cheapest, and stupidly required, meal plan), but utilities, water, and garbage are included. Lived here for almost 4 years and I would definitely recommend it for first year students. It's a great community filled with a mix of students from all over the US. Resident Advisors provide great programs and fun evenings for students in each building....
