Their grounds are always clean. The menu board is very clean and readable. Speaker is loud and clear. Always friendly service. Fresh food that tastes amazing and made quickly. Food never has preservative taste so you know it is fresh. Salsa and guacamole have fresh vegetables in them. No canned or jarred salsa or guacamole either. The guacamole has a hint of lime juice. This is my personal favorite Jalepenos location. The staff are always incredibly kind, considerate, and efficient, and to double the points, it's easily accessible. The place is incredibly clean, and smells absolutely phenomenal. The prices are reasonable, and can easily feed myself and family with even leftovers afterwards with the massive portions. It’s a small location, but it has a big heart. Authentic menu items, really fast service, good tasting food. The bathrooms are clean and have good water pressure, fully stocked soap and paper towels.

The pricing is fair, and the portion sizes are more than filling and I’m a 6’4” 230 pound individual. If you ever find yourself in Klamath Falls and need a bite to eat, stop here.
