Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

I love this Dutch Bros because it is closest to not just my work but also my husbands work. Typically I have a great experience but lately with the newer people working it seems the customer service is lacking. When we get to the drive thru and it took just under 20 mins with just one car ahead, it makes it difficult to want to stop on a 30 min work lunch and totally impossible to run out on a 15 min break when it is literally just down the street from work. This was my experience on Sunday April 2nd. I took my husband there on his 30 min lunch. We sat in the drive thru for just under 20 mins because someone who was off the clock decided to stop in and the workers were too busy visiting rather than helping the customers waiting. It appeared 3 people were supposed to be working and one guy inside just talking and BSing with everyone. A work environment that is enjoyable is nice but the visiting should be happening in the off time and not while customers are waiting as some people are on a limited time and with so few cars it should not take as long as it did. I have never complained about a Dutch brothers before and I grew up in Oregon and been drinking Dutch brothers for many years but my last two visits to the Dutch brothers here were not good experiences. The first one started out with my coffee being barely lukewarm. The second one I ordered a white mocha and got a white chocolate mocha and when I told them they got the order wrong. They were kind of pissy about it. Then today I ordered my coffee different. I told him I wanted a mocha made with white coffee I’m not sure what I got, but I know it wasn’t what I ordered. On 06/09/2030 at approximately 4:30 pm my son and I went through the drive-thru at the Dutch Bro’s on Campus Drive in Klamath Falls. My son ordered a coffee drink and paid for it. The employee asked him if he wanted to leave a tip. He told her not at this time. He usually does leave a tip, but didn’t have the extra right now. He said he would leave extra next time. As we pulled away we could hear a male employee yell, “We won’t forget who you are”. What exactly does that mean? They will spit in our drinks next time? I’m not sure, but how disgusting!
