When I went in, a fantastic employee, named Darcy, gave us her full attention and took a notes on my girlfriend’s preferences so that we could narrow down our options. The next time that I went in, she even had some things picked out that she thought I would like to see. She made the whole process go smoothly and answered any questions I had.

I always have a good experience at Jared but today the young lady named Hope went far and beyond to help me today. She spent an hour helping me find a necklace that would fit an existing pendant that belonged to my wife’s grandmother. She had to modify the hoop slightly to get the thin chain to go in the pendant, then even cleaned the pendant for me as well. Her patience was so appreciated as this was a gift for my wife’s 60th birthday next week. Please someone give this young lady a raise as she truly is an asset to your company. Hope was so so helpful!!! I could not have picked a better place/person to help me find my forever ring. She was attentive, kind, and most importantly funny! The store atmosphere was really welcoming as well. Even the other workers there made sure to say hello to me and answer any questions I had. When you are spending a chunk of money on a wedding ring, you want the people helping you pick it to care and they definitely did here.
