I wanted to purchase a Christmas gift for my uncle and my father, two very difficult men to buy for. I finally chose to get them a box of macarons each from WOOPS! located in the West town mall of Knoxville. They both love them. I purchased an extra box for myself and all 12 were gone within 48 hours of purchasing them! They were so good. My grandson mentioned how much he loves macaroons & having a birthday coming up I wanted to add some to his gifts. I googled macarons & WOOPS came up. Reading all the great reviews I decided to go there. The owners Thomas & Julia Maddux happened to be taking care of their shop that day. I ordered macaroons online to have delivered to my house. Due to the hot weather, they arrived melted and messy. After speaking to customer service and requesting a partial refund because they obviously cannot control the weather or what happens during shipping, they issued a full refund and encouraged me to try their products again.
