Cheesecake Factory — Restaurant in Knoxville

Picking up an order for delivery from here is getting worse. Its already bad enough they have you stand outside in the heat or rain. Nobody even acknowledges that your there even though the order notification said it was ready for the whole 10 minutes you were there. Then you feel bad for the person your picking up for that their order is just sitting there. The only time they were good with orders was when we got to go to the front door for a week while they worked on the patio. They are by far the worst with how they treat the drivers that pick up...

Ordered the burger medium well,it was literally burnt. Hard,dry and tasted burnt. Decided not to wait on another burger since the waiter had too many tables and everything took tooooooooooo long. They took the burger off the bill. I don't see the hype myself. Cheesecake slice was not the same size I saw being served to someone and asked Wow is that the size of the slice? Reply was yes. Answer was then wife and I will probably share a slice. Dang thing was half the size. Oh well I don't think Sheldon had a bad experience...

The chicken littles and fries with mac and cheese were good. Tenders were crispy and good taste. The mac and cheese had all the sauce in the bottom so had to mix it and was still a dryer mac and cheese then Im use to. Fries were good.
