I had my hair done at the salon there & Megan done a AMAZING job! I Just had a great experience! It had been a few yrs since I really cared about it being done or cut. I told her around a yr & 7 months ago I had a cancer scare that added on top of back in 2011 I lost my boyfriend of 15 yrs he was 41 yrs old & went to sleep & didn't wake up. It was really awful because what happened was I was really sick & was in the hospital overnight a couple times being nauseous & throwing up, I couldn't keep anything down. But they couldn't figure it out they'd get the symptoms subsided with a bunch of meds & sent me home both times & the 3rd time I was so bad that we had to call an ambulance because he was at work. I got to hospital & they finally figured out I was septic from my gallbladder. It was ripping from a gall stone the size of my fist! If it would have burst I would have died instantly! I had to go into emergency surgery, but I wouldn't go back until I talked to him. I finally did talk to him & went back & into surgery. It's normally an outpatient surgery but because of everything I ad to stay overnight. I was asleep & was out of it when he came by so Iddidn't get to see him or talk to him & so he'd have a way to work the next day he went on back with his brother because he worked with a friend that lived beside his brother. He told my Mom to tell me he loved me & that he'd call me the next day around lunchtime. Not thinking anything about it he left & that was the plan because by then I would be discharged & at home. So I was & was just getting my pain meds & took them & my Mom got me all comfortable & layed my phone on the arm of the recliner I was in because I was anxiously waiting for his call because I hadn't seen him since before all of this terror I'd gone through & only had talked to him briefly before the surgery. Then right around 1 o'clock my phone rang...but it wasn't the call I was waiting for! It was his friend e worked for calling to say that morning his brother tried to get him up but when he hollered up stairs to him he didn't respond & he just thought he wasn't working? So around lunch his brother went back to his house & his neighbor the friend my boyfriend was working for was out in his yard & he was asking about my boyfriend & why he's it been able to reach him for work then my boyfriends brother told him the morning & just thought he wasn't working? So they went in the house & upstairs to the guest room, the only room up on that floor to give him a hard time, thinking he was hung over or had 1 too many beers the night before. When they went in & said get up & yanked the covers & foolin' around to discover e was never gonna wake up again! So I told her all of that along with later me with the cancer really had me down & I just didn't are anymore& my hair is very long & thick, & naturally curly & was there around 3 hours & by the time I left I was totally different for some reason!?? I had made an online order for some jewelry I received an email from JCPenney saying that it was in showed up at the store and no one could find it finally a gentleman named Ronnie was able to find it and then they could not get it to receive and to their system but Ronnie finally got that worked out which is good but it took two and a half hours. Then I received another email from JCPenney stating that my third piece of jewelry was here and I could do the curbside service. Once I got to the store I tried to check in and it would not allow me I tried several times waiting at least half an hour in the parking lot. Then I went inside checked with customer service which sent me downstairs to the jewelry department and the same gentleman was there yesterday who helped me out and I spoke with him and he went and checked and they did not have my jewelry that I ordered so they sent me upstairs to the online order department and the gentleman there tried to help me and he could not find the item either and he also told me and showed me on his screen that the product was not there and had not been received so a wasted trip only second day and I have wasted another hour and a half almost 2 hours because they are so short staffed that's a can't keep up with the their customers this is some of the worst service I've ever had and I'm not happy with JCPenney online services or the online in-store services as well the only positive thing I can say is that the gentleman named Ronnie that was in the jewelry department what's the biggest help in the whole store and he was also trying to help other people while helping me so big phrases to Ronnie and the rest of the...

My wife ordered 2 packages of t-shirts and the cashier ordered the wrong size. We live about an hour and a half away and when we went to pick them up we didn't notice that they were wrong. When we got home my wife called the store and asked if they could please order the correct ones and we would come in and exchange them. The cashier was rude and when my wife asked for the manager she refused to put her in touch. Finally she put the phone down on the counter and my wife could here her giving similar customer service to a person at the counter. After over 20 minutes she picked the phone back up and was surprised when my wife was still on the line. After so more back and forth the cashier hung the phone up on her. Well... my wife called the 1 800 number and was treated well and they even delivered them to the house for free. A few days later the store manager did call and apologized (somewhat). Today we took the wrong shirts back and while standing in line we saw an air fryer oven that we were interested in and the sign on the shelf said 99.00. We attempted to purchase it but it rang up 149.00. Apparently the sign was for something else that was sold out. No biggie we said that's okay. But the cashier put the sign right back where it was. She seemed like she could not have cared less. My wife and I both have strong retail backgrounds and it seems that customer service at this particular store is somewhat...
