As it is common with townspeople, no one knows what to think of a placeâespecially with a unique conceptâwhen it first opens. Upon being there a few times, Cross America uniquely stands on its own as a top notch facility in my book. An atmospheric peace is immediately felt as I walk in. Their uniquely named Doubting Thomas Cafe has great, great sandwiches, luscious pies, and flavorful coffee varieties, all prepared well. Itâs a multipurpose religious facility complete with an auditorium, banquet hall, meeting rooms, and most of all a stratospheric mission to send âa cross and a path of salvation to every home in Americaâ. Youâre talking 317 million people, but anyone can be a part of packaging and sending these small crosses anywhere in our nation. Itâs all from the love and grace shown by the owners for their community and their country, reflecting the same love and grace God shows to us....
   Read moreThey are a good community center. Disability Friendly, Kind cafe staff, and open tables for people to gather and exist. There is a Christian theme store and Christian related art as the place main mission is sending crosses. There is no pressure to volunteer time, it is a do by own will situation. They have rooms that can be used for events. Never had an issue visiting. They do not push their beliefs or mission on anyone who enters. Just come and treat it as one should behave in public community center where all can exist.
Can not bring outside food and drink in but they do have a cafe where you can get sandwiches, chips, drinks, and other menu listed items. It is not a church but if you are church leaned there is likely a few people here that could get you plugged in if you wish and if not that...
   Read moreThey are very warm and faithful people. The volunteers send crosses to many ( I don't know the exact numbers per volunteer) people across the country. I have been told personally by the lady whom manages their quest to bring the light of faith to all who would be open to their faith. I personally think, That people of faith are the "Cream of the Crop". They are the best of us. They trust without question, They help without being asked, They can when Noone else will, does, or gives a sâ¤!â! GOD...
