I came here in search of the tastiest snack around; the pretzel sticks with the zesty queso. There I was, pulling into the drive thru like vulture looking for the next thing to fill my belly. Gave the man my order, a simple two orders of pretzel sticks. He gave me my total, and I pulled forward in excitement for the buttery goodness that would soon be filling my stomach with that heavenly cheese dip. I pull up to the window after the folks in front of me seemingly ordered their entire menu. No big deal, I too could eat around 20 chicken strips and 6 different types of ice cream at times. I arrive at the window finally after waiting what seemed like 4 hours (the amount of time it takes to watch "The Titanic"). I wait another 5 minutes or so, only for the man at the window to inform me that the sick people in front of me had evidently ordered the last pretzel sticks they had, and possibly the last pretzel sticks in the entire state. What a shame. I sat there in disappointment, contemplating my entire life, as COVID must've caused a pretzel stick shortage. He asked me if I'd like something else, but no, I couldn't have anything other than those pretzel sticks. I drove home in sadness, wondering how Dairy Queen on Reed Road could do this to me, only to go home and cook up some fried bologna. For this, I can't give you any higher than one star. Hi, my fiance and I pulled up to order we placed our order and the child taking our order rudely told us not to have an attitude, I have been in food service for 16 years, do not as a corporate place tell me that that was acceptable. This happened at 3:45pm on 6/25/2022. We were the customers we had placed our order, again the child taking our order couldn't hear us so instead of asking us to shut our vehicle off, she rudely told us we had an attitude we told her we didn't, they just couldnt hear us. The line on DQs end went silent for a good 30 seconds. We asked if they were going to serve us and it was just crickets. So I said I am getting on Yelp and leaving a review and making sure everyone knows about your store and the rude folks you hire. As we pulled away the drive thru child came out and yelled at us and flipped us off which I am sure is on camera. She came out the front door where anyone could see her. I will absolutely be contacting corporate and that individual will be fired this is unacceptable and I promise you will lose service unless this shapes up. National Cone day, Something that My family and I along with hundreds of thousands of other Families look forward to every year, So we opted to go inside, Where did our turn and ordered 3 cones. I paid to have all 3 of them dipped in chocolate, 5 customers ( 11 people ) got theirs before ours, Approximately half of those were dipped in chocolate, I'd asked the woman that finally brought us our cones why was the other customer's orders given before ours since we was there before they, Her excuse was she was waiting on a bag of chocolate but yet once again approximately 5 to 6 of those cones that came out after we ordered that went to the customers before ours was dipped in chocolate, If owner's, Regional district general managers want to reach out to me and that's fine but as far as I'm concerned I'll drive-in additional 6 miles across town to the Forest Park Dairy Queen Consider in that the Dairy Queen that I'm speaking of which is on Reed road or US-931 Creekside drive, is only 1 ½ miles from my home, I'll drive the extra miles All the way across town and back home on the East Side of the county just to get good service that makes me feel that my money and my time is respected,...
