My husband, mother, and I came out to taco bell to have dinner tonight. The cashier rang my mother's meal up, a nacho bell grande combo no tomato. My husband ordered a steak chalupa supreme and fiesta potatoes. I, myself, ordered a chicken chalupa supreme no tomatoes and a fiesta burrito thingy for $1.00. My husband didn't get sour cream on his potatoes and they put tomatoes on my chalupa (which I am allergic to). When my husband asked to get sour cream the cashier YELLED at the cook telling him that he screwed up the food. And then when I asked to get my order replaced because once again I was allergic and I shown the cashier the receipt that she did indeed rang it up correctly, she told me she would have it fixed soon. I went and sat down. They had about 8 more people come and go, when finally mother went up to the cashier, rather upset since now we had been waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes and the cashier and cook told her " it was important for them to wait on others before getting to my food. But they would get it out soon ". Another 10 minutes roughly went by when finally I went up to speak to the manager and the cashier became hateful with me. The manager was rather nice and surprisingly enough my food finally became important while the manager was standing there and appeared. The manager gave us a full refund for our meal and apologized to our table for the wait. However, the cashier ran to the back still mouthing off while the manager was apologizing to me and my family. I hope Taco Bell looks into the cashier and that cook. I used to work at Taco Bell in Westfield, Indiana. And I have worked at other food companies as well. I would have never EVER treated a customer the way she treated me and my family and expected to have a job at the...
Read moreThe T Bell on Sycamore used to be much better! Now it seems the crew just throws your food together to get it done and they get sloppy!! Now we go all the way to the North End just because your food is put together well and it doesn't taste like yesterday's! They actually act like they care about serving you. Even minor things like asking for extra cheese on your burrito they do it!!!! It's a nice place to sit and eat too. Now one last thing... if I were you I would NOT EAT AT THE TACO BELL ON LA FOUNTAIN!!!!! At first I thought they just made mistakes on our orders. Then we'd go and instead of shredded cheese on our burritos and TACOS they put stupid nacho cheese!! Come on people nacho cheese does not work or taste good on a taco or my burrito! Ok... last two times we ordered $$ meals there and dined in thinking they will make our Crunch wraps and Mexican pizzas etc etc without being a sloppy mess... NO IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!! OVER $40 FREAKING DOLLARS tasted like trash! I was so embarrassed my family from Montana even got sick from the food we ate there! Please be CAREFUL if you even think of getting food at the Taco Bell in the South...
Read moreI don't know what happens to highly educated, well spoken, generally all around good people - Once they are hired at © Taco Bell. They become dense as an over stuff pillow, dumb as a box of rock and their personality must be checked at the door, and their education? Please. If I CLEARLY SPEAK and tell you my order AND you do not read it back to me, Please excuse the dumbfounded look on my face, When I know I ordered 8 items on the dollar menu and you tell the total cost of the order is 7.43, so I ask her to repete the order and only 2 things are what I ordered and the rest? Maybe if she put her cell phone down long enough to take an order she may of had gotten it right.... So I REPEAT my order to her - Face to Face (no electronics) and still she gets it wrong? Now you have to be just messing with me, SO I ONCE AGAIN REPEAT MY ORDER, she repeats it back - SUCCESS ! Well that was short lived, because once we got our order - It Was WRONG ! ! Seriously, How hard can it be when your only job is to TAKE PEOPLES ORDERS? And it was not busy, 1 car behind me. SMH As much as I despise McDonalds - TACO BELL WON'T BE GETTING MY...
