Next to zero help inside the store. 90% of the employees will go out of their way to avoid eye contact. You'll be lucky if there's 10 working store wide anyway. Absolutely no help outside the store in the worlds worst organized yard out back. Its not built for anyone to come in and get bags of anything or brick/landscape stone with a trailer. You have to go to the section you need and do a 14 point turn around to get back out. It's a nightmare for even just a fullsize truck. I've had my truck & trailer both hit with the fork truck more than once. If you say anything to anyone about it the poor kid on the fork truck who wasn't properly trained will just get fired. The 70's+ year old gate attendee might have the worst personality I've ever come across. Consistently angry and rude. Always shaking his head and huffin & puffin anytime he has to leave the guard shack and if you say anything about it he will tell you he doesn't care because he doesn't need this job. He "Doesn't care about what Menards does." I try to avoid this store but occasionally I have customers who prefer it to other stores. The best thing that could happen to this location is for it to go out of business so Home Depot could take over. If you want to make any sort of formal complaint about anything with the store no one knows who to call or talk to. The whole place just needs an...

-mason sand 50#bag - $5.99 Menards price -mason sand 50#bag - $3.38 Lowes price.
MASON WAS THE "MANAGER" ON DUTY ON 9/17/21 @ 1230pm & is the one who tried to pretend to help me. First he pretended to search and search for the lowes item acting like he didn't see it. Then after about 5 mins of waiting he said "I do see it for $3.38 but I can't match it I can only go to $4 and you have to give me the receipt because your not aloud to get the 11% discount. WHAT?? 😆 this dude took my receipt and tore it up. I bought 4 bags of sand people! The rebate was like a $1.70. HE did not have enough common sense to realize that saving the company literally like $2 is not worth losing a customer that is a contractor. Its this lack of being able to assess the bigger picture that plagues the Snowflake generation. So Mason here is a small piece of advice for you. Next time a customer is wanting to save a few dollars make it happen. I know your already thinking to yourself "I did my job perfectly" no you didn't you lied and said you would price match it if it was identical but you didn't. So next...
Read moreI shopped here Sunday and was profiled by secure (Scott) cause I didnt put back a knife Sharper and box cutter back where I got them and laid them on a shelf cause I had a cart with corrugated Steel on it and had to push it around the crowd. So I went threw line checked out and super cop Scott starts throwing me 20 20 question where is the knife sharper and box cutters"his words the knife" I told him i laid them on shelf. He told me show him now. You have camaras use them see where I put them. If the box cutters and knives are so important put them in a glass case and dont be profiling me with my grunt styling shirt and trump hat. I work for Government and I have more clearance then the pretend security guard Scott. I dont like to be harassed or profiled. I'll just start going back to Home Depot at least they respect and help me out when I need it. Plus Menards in Kokomo dont like concealed or open carry just heads up for people that...
