I have a very serious problem. I can only rate this business 5 stars. Look, I hold no angst against corporations. I am employed by one. I have no issues with the large "box stores". I shop at them frequently. However, I also feel it is a social responsibility to take some of the money I earn from a global company and use it to invest in my community, specifically the small businesses therein. But, let's get to the meat and potatoes! Justin went out of his way to meet my needs, including the limited time I have in my daily drudgery to get my phone screen replaced. He is very professional, knowledgeable and made the repair so fast my 3 month old German shepherd that was waiting in the car didn't have the time to eat my upholstery or destroy what is left of my wifes last nerves. Not to mention (which is an odd thing we say due to the fact that what follows is the mentioning of what we claim not to mention) he charged me over $100 less than another place. I walked out of there with a smile on my face, some incredible knowledge about electronics Justin endowed upon me and more than just a few extra dollars in my bank account. On that note, my dog needs some new chew toys. I think I'll take what I saved from shopping local and head to the corporate pet store. The way it should be.....

   Read moreI took my little brother phone to him. His charger port was working perfectly fine before he took it to him. He was literally charging his phone before we got to him. We got the phone back and the charger port is now damaged and he cannot charge his phone now. He kept saying he can use a wireless charger like that’s gonna fix his charger port. He offered to fix the charger port for MORE MONEY. Or offered to give him a new phone for EVEN MORE MONEY. Kept saying “ I didn’t do anything , I didn’t do anything . “ WELL WHO DID ? Kept blaming it on his phone being “ bent “ . Which he could’ve done because like I said before his phone was fine before he took it to him. All he needed was a new screen. The back of his phone is cracked too but it wasn’t bent. He claims it was bent before he did the repair. Not only if his charger port doesn’t work anymore , his phone glitches 24/7 now.
