I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Kitchen Solvers of LaCrosse, and I couldn't be happier with the results! When I first called them, I told them that I wasn’t sure what I wanted, and they assured me they would help me figure that out. And they did indeed help me with every step. Bryce came to see the kitchen and interviewed me about what I wanted. I told him that I needed my kitchen to function, flow, and feel different than it did. I explained what I need the kitchen space for me to be. In addition, I requested that he do all that within the existing space. Bryce’s ability to take my information and translate it into a design that not only met but exceeded my expectations was impressive. He was patient with me as I asked questions and made changes, and he always stuck to what I first told him I wanted the kitchen to feel like. When we landed on the design after a few revisions, they were prompt in providing a timeline and helped guide me in working with the other people we had hired to do their parts of the remodel. Once we landed on a design, they were super helpful in helping me choose everything from cabinets to countertops and even the knobs and pulls. I made many visits to their store to look at samples, and I always felt welcome and that they had the time to help me. One surprise from the design that I didn’t realize until after the job was done was that they created an entry space that we have not had until now and absolutely love. In addition, any problems that came along (plumbing issue, flooring install needing an extra day, etc), they handled with such professionalism. They sought solutions and implemented them quietly and with a level of grace that I haven’t seen before. They stuck to their timeframe for getting the job done. They came and left without leaving any mess too! From start to finish, their service was just perfect, resulting in a kitchen that surpassed my expectations. I never heard of Kitchen Solvers until I saw an ad on the tv and decided to message them. My kitchen was an original 1945 cookie cutter kitchen. We started out wanting to just resurface the cabinets we had. Kitchen solvers came out and measured up what we had. Bryce suggested we look at a plan to new cabinets also just incase we wanted to go that route. That is when we decided to go with the new. Let me tell you, the customer service with this company is unbelievable. We went to the showroom and picked out our kitchen. When we got the call the installation was going to start, we were so excited. We knew just from the customer service this would be exciting. The crew arrived on Monday and after a little bit of a hick up, they started with our remodel. I was so impressed as I was on day one with Kitchen Solvers. The work ethic of the crew is pretty remarkable. Everyone worked so well together . They were so professional. I repeated myself more than once while they were here to how impressed I was with the entire team. They were so professional, and worked so well together. The team work between all the crew was impressive to watch daily. Our kitchen was completed days before it was suppose to be. We get many many complements on our kitchen. Family and friends love the kitchen. My favorite part other than our counter and floor is the extra electrical outlets. Never realized before how nice it is to have more. After our kitchen was complete it bought tears to my eyes. It is simply beautiful! I told Brian and the crew daily and even on the last day how impressed I was with the entire team. So beyond happy with my remodel! In our home, because everything flowed together, the scope of our project grew to incorporate a book case, bar and dining room cabinetry along with the entire kitchen gut and remodel. This wasn’t just a little project; it was quite extensive. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with the entire Crowley family. They really listened to what I had to say, my concerns, ideas, thoughts and then together, we came up with a plan. They made suggestions, and showed me pros and cons to different ideas. They never dismissed my ideas and were always available to discuss anything throughout the entire process, even taking phone calls and answering texts on the weekends. We were able to make changes along the way without complications and without any hassle. It was comforting to be able to design and work with the same people every day throughout the whole project. I appreciated how conscientious they were about cleaning up every night so that the residual mess was reasonably minimal, and how they always respected my time by showing up and working when they said they would. I also appreciated how they managed the entire project and worked flawlessly with everyone (drywall, flooring, plumber, painter, electrician). They stayed true to their time-line and to their quote, with no surprises in the end. Watching them throughout the remodel, it’s easy to see the pride that Bryce and Brian and their crew have in their work. Everything turned out better than I ever could have imagined.
