My papaw has done business with Hester for years. He bought a washer from her, didn’t even have it for a month, it stopped working (mind you, he’s 84 he had to pick it up himself, I had to help him unload it). He went back and spoke with Hester and she was not very friendly and told him he could bring it back but she would be keeping his money. Not only did we have to load the washer up the second time, once we got to the dock, we had to go get the dolly, the lady that was working, completely just stood there watching us struggle to get it inside not offering to; hold the door, move a rug, not raise a finger if I might add. Basically, stood there with her hands on her hips and told us where to put the washer. Then made the comment to my papaw, “not as young as you used to be.” Completely unprofessional and rude.
