The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. He listened about the specific type of material and style of furniture in which I was looking for. He was very patient with me and was willing to spend as much time with me as necessary. He answered all my questions that I had about the difference between having cloth or leather. He was very informative and wasn't pushy like most salespeople are. I have shopped around for furniture including the knoxville furniture companies and have found that Wender's furniture company has got competitive prices. I have always found that buying local is always the best choice . I informed him that my uncle wanted the furniture that I had and would take a few days to get everything ready for my delivery. Everyone goes above and beyond at this store. If you don’t see something in the store, just ask! I can’t stress enough how I love buying local and when you get such great service it makes the experience even better! They deliver for free and also remove if needed. I don’t know any other store who does that type of service ( I have asked and haven’t found). Will definitely go to Wender Furniture Co. first when looking for furniture again. Outstanding business! I called at opening time on a Monday to confirm that the living room suit I wanted was available. That evening we drove down to check out the store and we were greeted with great attitudes and none of the greedy hungry salesman we had seen at chain stores. Got my living room suit on sale that day and it was delivered by noon on Tuesday (to my home about 35 miles away)! I can’t believe how smooth and easy it was to purchase what I wanted here.
