I found 4seating by doing a google search on Movie Room Chairs, and this was the first place I started looking. Good thing is because this place provided all the support and good prices I needed. I read some reviews really quick and all reviews were very good (they mentioned Joseph Ybarra). I don't base my preferences off other reviews, but I was in unfamiliar territory, and needed some advise at the minimum.
I have a smaller movie room that cannot accommodate normal seating. So I shot an email to the customer service email, and happened to get a very quick reply from Joseph Ybarra. Joseph sent me several options that would fit my movie room, and answered all my questions. At this time, I was still unsure of my purchase. I now fired up the ole google search engine, and compared what Joseph sent me (just for my own sanity). It wasn't long till I realized I initially contacted the right company (4seating). Now I was ready for the purchase.
I called and spoke with Joseph on the phone, and we went through all the details needed. Nothing at all (not even the seats) were pressured, Joseph just provided the information I needed. I happened to see an option regarding SoundShakers, so I asked Joseph. Joseph advised that this provides a great movie experience by enhancing the base from within the seats. Since I don't have a large movie room, I thought this would be a great addition, so I included those on every seat.
Only "issue" I had was it took a little over a month to get the seats (which is totally understandable, and they installed the SoundShakers on all the seats). I was just being impatient.
Got the seats and had the delivery install same, again, great service. The instll took about 2 hours and they went through everything with me (expept the SoundShakers, as they hook up to my receiver, and they cannot be responsible). Again, totally understandable, and this gives me a little pride in part of the installation.
The seats are more than expected. I got the Seatcraft Napa. These are very comfortable seats that have electric head rest, which I initially thought was a waste, but completely not, once I was able to experience different head rest positions. The chairs also come with great accessories, such as the table and cup holders (I didn't have cup holders in my previous seating - because of the size of the room). The lights in the seat are also an awesome feature.
Anyhow, summary - 4seating is a superb place to shop for movie room seating. The customer service is top notch and something that is hard to find now-a-days. The customer service alone would want me to purchase from them, but then you add on the great prices, comfortable selection, and massive options, you cannot go wrong...
Read moreThe Seatcraft Pantheon recliners through my exhaustive research over the last 9 months are considered to be the best movie theater seats for watching alone. They provide a huge amount of space to cope with any type of body. As usual, with such a recliner one will benefit from a premium top grain leather, powered mechanism of reclining, headrest, and lumbar.
The first thing I you will probably notice about it is its size. Yes, it was made for big guys like me, so the sturdiness and sustainability will surpass your expectations.
However, it is fairly expensive because it has too many things to offer. Despite it's big and tall size chair it can also without a problem fit a normal size person and be super comfortable as well. With a heavy-duty construction and powerful motors inside you will be enjoying every aspect of your watching experience. Moreover, it has two memory positions so that you can just hold the button down and the seat will go back to this remembered position. And, of course, the home button which returns it to the default upright position.
As for the other specs, the Seatcraft Pantheon is equipped with a USB charging port on the side, so you can keep your remotes or phone always charged.
The storage inside the armrests has lighted cup holders, as well as base, and you can turn it on and off if you find it annoying or anything like that. The tray is also included in the price; it can be swiveled out the cup holders just like in the airplane seat. So, this recliner is truly about comfort at an unprecedented scale. It's a powerful chair from Plus size series which is designed from the ground up to fit your body. The reinforced wood frame at a 400lb capacity is a real upgrade. The motorized power view headrest and lumbar will make everything to adjust your head and pine to a comfy position and reduce back strain. I would highly recommend this chair as a bigger home theater choice to fit your needs. In addition to the above, I bought my set with the Soundshaker subwoofers. Unbelievable when connected to my home theater system!
Pros • The leather feels thick and durable and rich • The recliner looks rich from the bottom to the top • Plenty of options to adjust your comfortable positions • Quick and easy setup
Cons • Position of electric controls is on the inner side of the chair which can be confusing but over time not a issue • You've got to be tall to use lumbar support and hit a correct position but 199% better then what I had.
All I can say is that...
Read moreAnyone who looks at my reviews will see a majority of the time I give 5 stars. I wish that were the case here. Was the quality of the product poor? No. Fantastic, actually. 4Seating earned a 1 star review because the experience in receiving the product and receiving the paid for "white glove" service was anything but white glove. First, I was told the white glove service would contact me to schedule a convenient time to deliver and set up my 8 theatre chairs. I was received was a text, the day of, with a window when they'd arrive. I called in and told them I would not be there because Tuesdays are my meeting days and I had to be in my office. I was then told no other day that week would work for them because they only deliver to my area on Tuesdays. I explained had I known from the beginning that their "white glove" service had such a rigid delivery schedule I would have shopped elsewhere. The following week I was to be out of country on travel but due to their rigid delivery service I arranged for an employee of mine to be there to receive the seats and for them to be installed. We were told they would be there between 11am-2pm. Come 2:20pm, no-show and my employee had to leave to go serve another client. At 2:25p I received a call from the delivery van theta they were 15-20 out. I then had to scramble to get someone else who knew nothing about the install there to receive the product. Due to this person not knowing anything my employee knew about the install, the installers installed them on the wrong place and didn't install all of the equipment I paid for them to install and I am missing a tray. Today, Monday, I called 4Seating directly about my concerns and was met my a disrespectful snotty lady to talked down to me ad told me to "take a breathe". If any of my employees (70 of them) every talked to one of my clients this way, they'd lose there job on the spot. If management wants to call me to discuss this, they can look up my name and do so. If I can receive some semblance of customer service, I may increase the star count. If you're a potential client and still see a 1 star review, assume this is the experience you will receive and management...
