More than the price or the quality of the frames, both of which are top notch, the customer service is fantastic.

Nothing is perfect, and mistakes happen. And one such mistake happened with my order. After I took home my frame, I noticed that the poster inside had shifted slightly, showing the white edge of the poster that was supposed to be covered by the frame mat. I was very disappointed and thought I would have to pay to have this fixed, but upon contacting Nainsook they took care of me and fixed the issue without any badgering. A wide selection of frames, glass, and expert suggestions on frame design; these are all things you can expect here, but fantastic customer service is the reason I already had a second print framed here. If you have artwork worth more than a trip to Michael's, I would happily recommend Nainsook. I'd also recommend taking advantage of the significant new customer discount by bringing all the artwork you want to get done.
