Went in there and had my hoodie on and was not told at first to put it down. They decide to wait until I'm already in line waiting to purchase something to put my hood down. I asked why? The owner that was staring at me like I'm some criminal in the corner said "we have a dog that will jump over the counter and attack you if you dont put your hoodie down". So I responded "well maybe you shouldnt have an animal in your store if its gonna attack people because of what they wear". The owner very rudely said "its my store my dog can go wherever it wants to in here". Wil not be returning to this place ever again. Very rude and judgemental just because of what you wear. Pathetic customer service. And just because I'm wearing a hoodie does not mean I am trying to "hide my face to cause a concern" lol. If that was the case then I would have worn a mask but the fact is that you are lying when you said you asked me numerous times to take off my hoodie. NOBODY asked me to take my hood off UNTIL I was already in line and the fact that when I asked why I should remove my hoodie and you responded about your dog attacking people with hoodies tells me your very unprofessional on running a business. So what if I was wearing my hoodie? So just because I'm wearing a hoodie makes automatically a suspect to steal? Like I said, very judgemental and rude. And staring at your customers trying to make them feel uncomfortable is unprofessional as well. If you are really that worried about what people can and can't wear then you should have a sign on your door or window about it. But I'm not gonna let somebody tell me what I can and cant wear on my own body even if it is a hoodie and the way you handled it by basically threatening me with your dog by saying what you said shows what kind of business person you are. Just on a power trip trying to tell somebody you don't even know what to do just because its "your store" and "your rules". Over a hoodie? Wow. Good job sir! Nice way to treat your customers! Like I said, pathetic customer service. Learn how to actually run a business and not...
Read moreThis business is OK to buy traditional tobacco products, disposable e-cigs and other items that no one would think to have to bring back, but don't buy anything from here that is meant to be durable and long lasting. Their idea of a refund/exchange policy is only if said item breaks within 1 day. If you have a problem with an item that is meant to be durable and longer lasting and the problem happens with the product 2 days or more after you bought it, you will be treated as if it is your fault and/or you damaged the item deliberately and you're trying to rip them off, even if you're trying to resolve your issue in good faith and you bring back the device, all components that came with it and your receipt. Their idea of helping you in such a situation is to SELL you a replacement item to get more money out of you. This happened to me today when I tried to exchange a rechargeable and refillable e-cig that I bought from them on Friday and it broke on me Sunday night at work while I was trying to separate the 2 main components so I could charge the...
Read moreLocally owned business and it shows. The owner remembers you and gives little personal touches (tossing in a free filter or lighter here and there. Just as importantly he USES the vape products he sells. So, when you ask a question about a new flavor or a new med etc. chances are he’s already done a thorough review and will let you know (good or bad) what you’re in for with a purchase. Not to be too negative, but, a couple of employees at the other shops have given me that panicked blank stare when I’ve had a technical question about a vape mod. Nice guy too. 👍. I only shop here new, even though it’s on the other side of...
