I'd give this no stars but I couldn't. I'm only writing for people to be aware of this wings. I'm from the south bend/mishawaka area and have Eaten at many wings across the state for years and have really enjoyed my experiences..
Today my girlfriend and I are in laporte visiting family, we currently moved to New Mexico and had a craving for them...so like all the other wings ect I've ate I, I assumed my experience would be just as wonderful. I was sadly mistaken.
There was a blonde, younger girl working when we had walked in and from the jump she was extremely rude. She gave attitude because we ordered food right when they had opened(mind you I have 15 plus years of culinary experience), which wasn't our fault..you should be prompt and ready to go as soon as the doors opened and wanted to proceed to make us feel bad about waiting for an order that wasn't ready(it was to go). We had no issues waiting for however long, however her attitude kind of ruined our experience and set the tone for the rest if our morning.
We get our food and go home and our order is completely wrong. So at that point I decide to call and atlwast speak to a manager about our experience..well it took about 3 min to even get him on the phone bc I am pretty sure the girl answered the phone and had to give him a play by play from her point of view on how it went. As soon as I started to explain he cut me off and told me WE were rude to her..(he wasn't even present). Needless to say it was a bad experience and please train ur employees to have more respect for their customers and perhaps they should find a new career path. I didn't want a refund or money back or my food to be remade I just simply want her to at least be talked to. I'm not a Karen, I never complain but today's service really upset me. We will never go back to this...
Read morePlaced an order online the Google app routed me to doordash I asked for 10 traditional wings and I'm pretty sure that's what I ordered with three sauces I chose when I got to restaurant myself and another gentleman waited for maybe 5 minutes before a Hostess acknowledged us and helped us pick up our orders in the meantime I noticed the store had a 99 cent special for traditional wings which was less than what I had paid so I asked about getting the discount for the special and was told that the manager would come and fix it for me but when he came he said he would not fix it because I ordered it through the app and not off their website and furthermore the wings were boneless and I had ordered traditional yet he claimed I had ordered boneless and showed me on the receipt I don't know what happened cuz I know I clicked traditional I asked if he would fix it for me he said he would not so I walked out with my food only to find as I got down the road they had not put the correct sauces on the wings that I had ordered and I did verify the order on the receipt and the sauces did not match the receipt so the food was good for what it was but it wasn't what I ordered and the manager was not willing to lift a finger to help after being told he would help and waiting even longer than I had to in the first place only 2 find out but I had the wrong order for...

We came here earlier in the day on the 4th of July and when we came in they said that they were "full" when there were a decent handful of tables still open. We waited roughly 30 mins before getting a seat. Once we got our seat and got our drinks, we ordered some apps for the table. My loaded tots were not great. I didn't want to waste the time to send them back because of how busy and how short staffed they were. Granted they were crunchy but everything on it from the tot, to the bacon and cheese, they weren't even luke warm. However when we got our lunch food my burger was nice and fresh with some fresh fries, so that was good. The dining area was FREEZING, so much so that my sister and I were both shivering while eating our lunch. Overall I gave this location a 3 star because apps were cold, the store was cold, and the long wait time. I think if the service could have been a little better between communicating how long they thought the wait time would be, and communicating that they are short staff and were having longer than normal wait times.
