GoHardDrive Inc — Local services in La Puente

This is the second HDD, I’ve purchased, from Avolusion, or Avoluxion, (they can’t seem to decide). The parent company is Go Hard Drive. I have an 8Tb, on my PS4 Pro, and I just added one of their 3Tb HDD’s, to my Xbox Series S. I’ve read, recently, that Go Hard Drive, had some criticism, but, I’ve never experienced any issues.

I wanted a desktop unit, to sit beside its corresponding machine. I’m going for a Black& White theme, in my rig, and these fit the bill… And, at a price/capacity point, that makes them wallet-friendly. They have great feel/weight, that lets you know that, “this is NOT a delicate flower.”. I’d recommend HDD’s from this company, all day long. If, like me, you have a HUGE number of games for something like a PS4, or want to store the backwards compatible, XBox games, then I don’t think you can do better. (You can store XBox, XBox 360 and XBox One games on an HDD, and they’ll still be playable, from the drive, because they don’t require the transfer speeds the SSD. This saves the precious space on, the internal SSD, or the expensive Expansion Cards.)

I’m giving 5 Stars because: Absolutely no issues with either drive, and the first one has been in my rig for years. Price point to Storage capacity ratio, puts a smile on my face. And the go the extra mile to make the desktop units look like some of the machines...

I purchased a 1TB HD for my Xbox one it worked great up until I was playing a game downloaded on it when it crashed it would no longer recognize the HD who knows what could have happened to it as they are very fragile I'm so happy ☺️ I wanted to leave a second review the owner was nice enough to take his time out to talk to me about my situation and quickly exchanged me a new 2TB HD instead of a 1TB like I previously purchased because of the inconvenience now that's what I call customer service I'm downloading games as we speak thank you very much for all the time you put into the exchange as well as being so curtious to me if you want quality products also curtious people I would definitely buy from GoHardDrive thanks...

Excellent customer service! Email support was great, however phone support was nonexistent, so be sure to email them first! Products do just need to be advertised a bit better, specifically the age and condition of some hardware (see below).

The 10tb hard drive I acquired from them was old, and had some dried liquid residue on the sides, but otherwise appeared to be in great condition. The age and condition was not advertised. Due to that, the company refunded my purchase in a timely manner. That whole process was painless and customer service was well above average.

I would definitely purchase from this company again, especially for budget drives for non-critical systems. They've been in business for 10+ years...
