Today my 80 year old grandpa payed me a visit and I was excited to take him to Burger King, but that was a big mistake. I ordered 3 combos to go and a simple mistake from the cashier and assistant manager turned to a horrific nightmare. The mistake was that they gave me the order to eat at the facility. I told them that I had ordered to go and if they can please make it to go. That very second they became very angry and threw the bag at me and grandpa told me, “you do it yourself”. I pleaded with the assistant manager to please make it to go, and he did the same thing. In addition, the assistant manager yelled at me, in a sense bullying me and grandpa. Grandpa ended up putting the order in the bag and we left. We will never go to any Burger King anymore. Here or in any country. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. Given that grandpa came to visit me from China and he wanted Burger King. What an experience. Grandpa simply told me, it’s ok. Let’s not put ourselves at their level. Yesterday, 8/26 @ 640pm I went thru drive thru to get food. First of all, COLD fries!! But worst of all....5 mins after I start seeing Sam's Club charges on my debit card, which I used at the drive thru window. 5 different charges...$55, $1, $150, $1, $150.
It is possible and maaayyyybe, it wasn't the cashier but when I told my co-worker, he then tells me that he went thru the same thing. He never uses his CC and then one evening he got Burger King from this location and then had fraud charges on that credit card.
I added the date and time so that maybe management at Burger King can do something about it. It sucks to know that an employee is stealing credit card information from customers.
