Nasty!!! Today I try to order a chiquen soup or shrimp soup but they say no!!! Only albondijgas soup I was like ok The guys turn around and less then 5 minutes show up with this nasty ass plate looking spoiled with bobbles on tap !! I tell the guy and he got serious and say is good at least give a try I was like Sr when u warm a soup couple times and get bobbled turn spoiled I pass!! He got mad turn around and drop the recipe charging me everything I Was like Sr are you charging me for the nasty ass soup? He was like sure because now soup going to the trash!!! I was like no problem thank you anyways !!What you think did you will pay for somethin nasty and no good to eat ?? Read moreI phoned in a take out order, and I drove 16 plus miles one way in traffic to get the food. Not only did they get my order wrong, and not mark the different foods, but left us to figure out on our own what belonged to whom, but they also over charged my card an additional $513.60 over the price of my printed receipt!!!! Yes they did, and when I called to talk to the manager I was nonchalantly told, " The manager was not there for the day, and that he, the waiter was in charge and just oh.... just wait a couple of days and see, cause sometimes the bank catches it. You call your bank. Sometimes when the card doesn't go through, we have to swipe t again. Was it a girl who helped you? Well, she'll be in at 4, call and talk to her then maybe she can help you, ok, bye"! Very unprofessional and couldn't care less. But the mere truth of you first getting my order wrong, making me have to figure out who got what, and then overcharging me any additional $500 +, and then so nonchalantly brush me off..... NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRON THIS...
Read moreWent there for dinner recently. Other then the good Company the Service was bad. Waiter seemed frustrated. He took care of 25 people by himself. I don’t blame him for it but he had No help. People after us, 4 tables, got their meals before us, and their bills. Ate and left. We waited for an additional 15 minutes for 4 others to get their meals to eat together.( Our food was cold when we got it)After asking for our bill the second time15 minutes later with no bill I got up and went to ask for it. At that point the manager, owner or whoever he was, was agitated at the waiter and for 10 minutes he is there at the register explaining things to him while we are waiting to get our bill and pay.
