I ordered online. As I walked in a guy was telling another employee to only put 6 pieces of every vegetable on the sandwiches. The app allows for extra olives. He insisted that the extra olives were not to be included on the FLBOGO app. $2 more for olives. I had ordered 4. I thought he was joking he seemed flustered when I asked how he was going to only put 6 pieces of lettuce on my sandwiches and make them complete. Then 6 pieces of spinach, onion etc. well he did it. Meanwhile the other employee made 3 sandwiches then came to finish his. Why use the app? If it is to encourage us to shop more this guy doesn't get it. There is another Subway at Hacienda and Valley. He also said, "You people want everything free. Don't come back here." All of this for extra olives which are allowed on the app. What sucks is that I had already tipped $2. Some girl answered and said we are closed I asked her really? It said 10pm. She replied with we have 20 sandwiches to do and they have to stay past 10 so they weren't gonna make any other sandwiches. I told her I'm right on the corner she stayed quiet and I asked her so you can't make one more. She replied again saying she had 20 sandwich and WOULD NOT make more. But with attitude this time. Read moreCame right before closing time and Juan was absolutely awesome! He was super friendly and courteous. The customer in front of us took a while but as soon as we got to the window, Juan immediately apologized for the wait. He really was great and he's the reason I give this Subway 5 stars!
UPDATE Came here again (a month after my initial visit) and this time I went inside where I was greeted once again by Juan!
