STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE THEY SELL RESEALED/COUNTERFEIT/DEFECTIVE CARTS. I got a clearly resealed Delta 8 disposable cart here. The cart was completely empty upon opening the sealed package. This isn't the first time I have got a sketchy cart from this place, but I get them here because it is conveniently placed near my home and usually any defect is minor. Upon learning that the cart was completely defective, empty, I went back and tried to return or exchange it. I was told that I couldn't return or exchange it even though I had made the purchase 5 minutes prior. Under the consumer protection laws of the US, the business is REQUIRED to refund or replace a defective product even if they have a no exchange/replacement policy.

Out of the last 10 carts I have bought here, 5 had some defect of some sort. This one is the last straw.

Update: the other cart I bought at the same time as the original empty cart also was half empty, but that was hidden by the plastic...

The store is clean and orderly in addition to being more reliably stocked and with more variety than the past two or three owners.
