These guy are great they bring knowledge and expertise for a very fair and honest price, I brought my laptop here after taking it best buy geek squad where I was told it would be a non refundable 80$ for them to ship it out to a 3rd party to be diagnosed with the possibility of it being unrepairable, after that they would let me know how much it would cost for parts/and how long the repairs would take ,if it could even be repaired at all. When I walked into lightning repair, there were 2 people in front of me so I sat down in they're great waiting area were they have a comfortable couch with TV and PS5 or Xbox, when it was my turn in line the gentleman quickly looked at my computer and told me exactly the issue and what it would take to fix it, they have most parts on hand but in my case he said it would take 3 days to get the parts in because it was a Friday, my laptop was finished on Tuesday afternoon, the same day they got the parts. My experience has been great with these guys when. I went to pick up my computer I actually got another quote for my wife's iPhone screen which was repaired by another shop but has a wonky touchscreen, he told me what it would take to fix but then he reminded me that if it had been there work it would be free since they warranty everything they touch, so I should take it back to the other repair shop to see if they can fix it for free and if they can't to bring it back to them. My laptop was doing some strange things and I never had the time to get it looked at or didn't know where to take it since my other place closed permanently. I googled computer repair and this company came up.

After reading all the reviews, I was still skeptical because sometimes you can't trust them. I was actually thinking of going to another place but I read the owners profile and saw lifetime warranty on all repairs....that caught my eye. So I went to check them out.

I met Samuel and explained my problem. He took 1 look and said what caused my laptop to do what it was doing. With the push of a button, it was fine. I asked how much I owed and to my surprise, he didn't charge. I felt like anyone else would have had a standard hourly rate. He also quoted me a price to replace my screen if I chose to do so. He gave me his honest opinion about replacing it or purchasing another laptop. Again, he could have pushed for the added repair but didn't.

Awesome, professional shop! I had a damaged hinge on a Samsung Z Flip 4...I showed it to Zach at the shop. He told me how difficult and expensive this repair would be. He suggested I call Samsung Warranty, since the phone was less than a year old. I did and worked out with Samsung a fix that was less than half of what it might have cost. Zach and his team didn't benefit from this but his advice sure saved me a lot of money. If I have other repairs in future, I'll head there first and recommend others do as well. Update-- 22 Jan 24. So I DID have another repair!! The hinge on my wife's laptop broke and we were at risk of scrapping a recently-purchased machine. I took it in and the guys said they could fix it and actually make the hinge stronger...they told me the price...waaaaay less than a new laptop, so I left it with them thinking it would be a few days, which was fine. Two hours later, I got a call...it was ready! They seamlessly and inconspicuously repaired the hinge and it's as good as new. ...
