Beautiful park with little fishies in the pond. They make me happy. :) The playgrounds appeared to be kept well as well as the park in general. It is a beautiful public amenity and lots of space for walking dogs. The only other issue is the guests of the park need to do their due diligence of cleaning up after themselves when they decide to use the facilities but discard their trash and turn it into the Disney movie Wall-E if you catch my drift. You kill the ambitious when you overload them with unnecessary tasks. Treat our park workers with respect as you would like to be treated.... We all take a part in keeping Lafayette beautiful. It shouldn't just be the employee's job to clean up. We can choose to also help clean up what we call home. It will keep our parks and cities clean...

This park is very beautiful ,offset and very private where you can admire the beauty of Nature. Definitely a great place to go when you need a little peace and break away from the chaos of life and the day, all the people that I came across at the park were very pleasant and it was just nice to see kids playing and laughing, and other adults enjoying doing some other things I personally enjoy as well like cooking on the grill, fishing, picnicing and talking with friends.. It's a nice park that very close by yo somewhere i needed to be at the time for work..Me and my dog Yulia really enjoyed the walk along the trails . I will...

09/20 - We've been coming daily this week to play on the new playground, but since the reopening it's busy. We either take a walk and the kids ride their scooters or go to Columbia. It's packed between 5:00 - 7PM.

I will add that people fishing 🎣 set up three to four poles and sit on the grass. My daughters were on scooters when my oldest got tangled. The couple got upset. I asked them if they're allowed to be that far away from the poles. I'll be looking into this soon.

Once my girls can use the playground and I find out the rules for fishing I'll...

A very pleasant spot in Lafayette. The park makes lemonade out of lemons, as it occupies space underneath huge power lines, space which would be hard to use otherwise. The pond is stocked and often fished. The walking paths are fine, offering some ups and downs in the midst of our flatlands.

Cute park! Paved trails, good for fishing, has a pond on one side and playground on the other. Pond is at the Greenbush Dr entrance and playground is off Union St, both ends have parking lots. The side off Greenbush by the pond has picnic shelters with one grill and bathrooms
