I was rather in a hurry when I came to do my shopping as I was in the middle of a move after the tragic death of my father and was not looking forward to furniture shopping, because I've always found it annoying that the employees become your shadow and sometimes even pressure you into make purchases. Imagine my surprise when I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Kelly. I told her what I was looking for, she asked my price range, and swiftly brought me directly to the choices available to me with the sorting filters that I had given her. There are dozens of mattresses and furniture pieces within the showroom and she did not have to browse. It was so lovely to be shown around by a sales person that knew the layout of her inventory like the back of her hand. She was understanding of my being in a hurry and wasted no time by trying to sell me things I didn't want nor did she pressure me at all. Kelly is the reason I will return to buy my mother a coffee table and my 7yr old son a big boy bedroom set in the near future of the next few weeks. To top off my pleasant shopping experience, she offered and served me an ice cold beverage of my choice while they collected my information and I completed my purchase and checked out at the desk. Could my experience get any better customer service wise? No, because it was flawless, but Kelly went above and beyond. My phone died and she charged it for me while I continued to browse and because of that, I was able to use my bank app on my phone to transfer more money into my checking from my savings and returned to the front to make a 2nd purchase, seeing that it was Saturday my bank was closed and I couldn't even have called from their land line to make the transfer and I needed my cell. Hands down 5 star service with a smile. I will be back! Im looking forward to my delivery in ONLY 2 days and they are assembling it for me! Huge thank you to Home Furniture and even more so to Kelly! Kelly, you've got a customer for life!...

My wife and I went into Home Furniture knowing what style mattress we wanted but were open to seeing other choices were similar. Mr. Yancey met us at the door and immediately made us feel as though we were meant to be there. He offered us a snack and drink to welcome us then proceeded to ask what we were looking for. He took us directly to the mattress we were interested then took us to a few others that were similar. We then decided to stick to our original plan and select the Nectar mattress. The staff in the store continued to make us feel comfortable as many of them approach our kids and were talking with them. What a great experience as payment and and all trasactions were made quickly and easily! We then went directly to the warehouse on Pont Des Mouton where three gentlemen came out pretty swiftly after our arrival with our mattress. They carefully loaded it into our vehicle and again offered us snacks or drinks. This is the hospitality I wish more businesses followed suit. Great job to all and great atmosphere that Home Furniture has acquired. We look forward to doing more business...

Our family bought a new home and we purchased every piece of furniture from H.F.plus B. store! That was nearly 8 years ago. Now our beautiful granddaughter moved in for school and we purchased her a complete bedroom set from H.F.P.B. We are satisfied with our purchase, but I wish I had listened to the salesman and bought the double bed instead of the twin! But that call was on me not the stores! Please give this store the time it deserves to go and look at ALL the comfort and beautiful furniture it offers before going anywhere else! And the prices are very reasonable. The best for last; in the back of the store there is a clearance section of discontinued and such that Ollie’s couldn’t sell cheaper if they wanted too! Thank y’all for having a nice store to furnish our homes with. Money is so hard to save and make such big purchases now a days, and your financial department makes a difference for people like us!
