We purchased a washer and dryer from Reece’s about a year or so ago and had a good experience so we decided to purchased our kitchen appliances from them and what a big MISTAKE that was! The delivery driver arrived on time and was polite, however the gentleman with the company that is paid to install them could not have been more unprofessional. He was cussing left and right in our home and refused to do the work because he “didn’t have the time” and the hook-ups weren’t “set up like he liked them.” And then he continued to cuss about it and was very rude. Upon calling the office, they told us that the installation gentleman could refuse to install it and they didn’t even apologize about it at all. It’s an installation we could do on our own but simply don’t have the time. We were told they will call us this afternoon to explain the situation so we will see if we hear from them. Otherwise, we will be taking our business elsewhere and will NOT be recommending...
Read moreI bought my washer/dryer from Reeces a number of years ago (and got a great deal!). My washer just went on the fritz and I called for a repair. They said someone would be at my house between 11am-12pm. The repairman showed up promptly at 11am. He was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was a little concerned the repair would be quite costly. He was very efficient and found the issue rather quickly. He said it could be the pump/motor but he checked for blockages just to be sure. He ended up saving me about $100 by finding a piece of rubber blocking the pump. Wonderful service!! I would HIGHLY recommend Reeces for both purchasing and repair!! They really aim to do what is best for the customer. They are very honest. It was a great experience all around! Thank...
Read moreWe purchased a Maytag dryer from Reece’s and paid the extremely inexpensive delivery and installation fee. The delivery dryer was nice, but said he couldn’t install the dryer because our “vent was messed up.” He also couldn’t reverse the dryer door. Just FYI, dryer doors are standard with the door opening towards the left (hinges on the right.) if you need your dryer to open to the right you need to tell them before delivery because it’s cumbersome. We called the store and the owner himself came to our home, installed the dryer AND reversed the door even though it was really our oversight. Amazing! We highly...
