If I could give less stars I would!!!! The food has gone downhill over the past few years. It use to always be fresh and hot. The past few times we have been it has been old and dry. I am a single mother of 4 kids and use to be a treat us to come here. It takes several weeks for me to save up enough for me to be able to bring my family. Two of my children are special needs. For the past two years either the owner or manager has made it her mission to signal us out. The first incident was they tried to charge my then 9 year old as an adult because of how tall she is. I had to show her birth certificate to prove she was still a child. Then every time after we came in they would make it a point to tell me she would be charged as an adult before we were seated. The next problem they refused to let us switch a wobbly chair with another for my grandmother and got mad when she said she would just stand rather than risk a fall. They were upset when my autistic son couldn't sit still in his seat and was walking around the table and told us he had to sit (I have seen other children run around the tables with nothing said to them). This last time we came in the the food was old and dry or extremely salty and we were unable to eat it. Our server showed the unfinished food (3 plates worth scraped onto 1 plate) to the manager who promptly came over to tell us to only take what we are going to eat. She wouldn't even listen when we tried to explain that the rice was dry and crunchy, chicken was like eating jerkey, and frog legs had so much salt on them it was disgusting. I will never be coming to this establishment again as long as that owner/manager is there making my family feel signaled out or...
Read moreI want to start by saying- I never review anything but I am for this place because we were so unhappy. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was very dissatisfied with trying this place. I thought it was very overpriced. The person who sat us and took our drink order was very rude to not only husband and me- he was very rude to my daughter. She wanted hot tea and was asking if the tea is green tea or jasmine. He rudely told her it was black tea. She is 9! So she then asked if it was jasmine? (Because she doesn't know all the different teas, she just knows most Chinese restaurants have either green or jasmine tea and she likes hot jasmine tea) So he rudely said no it is black American tea. I was not happy with the way he spoke to her at all! The waitress was not friendly and just kept standing against a wall on her phone. Any employee I saw was not professional one bit. Now to the food- The food was disctusting!!! I LOVE sushi and so does my 5 year old. Neither of us cared for it. Some of the sushi looked like it had been sitting too long and had gone bad. The pieces that looked a little fresher didn't taste good. Most of the food was cold and honestly had a rotten taste to it. To be honest- I have never left so much food on my plate at a Chinese restaurant before this place. There was not a single thing we tried that we actually liked. We all had stomach aches and felt sick after eating there. I had all of us take charcoal capsules in the hopes of none of us getting food poisoning. I would NEVER recommend this...
Read moreTo begin approximately 52 minutes ago I have entered this establishment with a breath of nostalgia. This place reminds me of the memories of a buffet back in my hometown, immediately bringing hope that the food here will serve just as well. As I grabbed my first plate I had frog legs, fried shrimp, and sushi. The frogs legs had great patches of salt mixed with the finest of seasonings, making it a good combination. The shrimp and sushi soon followed with the flavors melting in my tounge. The next plate consisted of chow mein, mushrooms, and chicken. I can not put into words the greatness that unfold from this plate as I more than enjoyed each and every bite. It was nay absolute that this establishment brought the upmost joy to thy heart. As i continue to feast upon the delectables the chow mein shocked me more than ever as the sauce and vegetables were on par with its main course. Mushrooms followed suit with the texture and flavor silencing the whole establishment. The last plate consisted of soup, green beans, and clams. This simply did not disappoint, with the spice and tofu having a mix that was almost absurdly good. The green beans and clams complimented each other as if they were soul mates. How can such restaurant deliver so well for such a great price? This mystery flows in my head and will continue to for...
