I like going in there. They greet you immediately even if they're helping a customer (but right after they get back to the customer). They're very helpful with any questions you have and if you're new to vaping they will set you up with whatever you need and explain how everything works. I also like the perks of being able to spin the wheel and gets discounts. People get upset about paying a dollar to try at LEAST 30 different juices when other vape shops I've been to don't even let you try them first. If you're spending over $20 on a bottle, one more dollar should be nothing to make sure you're positive about what you want. Plus, of COURSE the juices will be more expensive in the shop than online. Awesome shop with awesome staff. Very knowledgeable and willing to help get you what you want/need and if they dont have what you are looking for they will do their best to get it for you. They do Comps and hold waffles and give things away to the people there. It is great having a shop of this caliber so near and the prices are on par for a B&M and the selection of juices is big and I I got a feeling will get bigger. They have a juice bar where you can sample the juices before you buy. If you havent visited either the store in Lafayette or Kokomo I would highly recommend you do so, you wont be disappointed. The Fog Foundry is by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Terrance R and Tim consistently go above and beyond to help not only me, but their customers in general whenever I’m in the store. I recently lost my vape, and they provided me with a small Boulder vape while I’m waiting for my new Vape to be ordered. This is something that they didn’t have to do, but they always go above and beyond for their customers.
