We lived here for just under 2 years and it was horrible. The maintenance staff was slow, never really fixed anything and was always extremely rude. The front office staff was also rude and never answered anything on time. We were lied to about our security deposit and what would count as "damages" when getting it back. We had roaches and a leaky sink with mold that was never fixed. They use sublar contractors that don't care. 2 examples:

1. When they got the complex pressure washed, the company they used put so much bleach in the mix that they stained the windows and our entire apartment smelled of bleach so bad that we had to evacuate and it wasn't fixed until 2 days later.
2. The roofers they used to replace all of the tiles left nails in the parking lot, which punctured my fiance's tires.

When we moved in, the stove did not work, resulting in us having to use the microwave or go out to eat for a week and a half and they gave us $50 off our rent.. 3 months later.

Multiple times our child's room smelled of weed so bad we had to keep the door shut and it was never handled properly. For the price, lack of care and professionalism, I highly recommend finding somewhere else to go. This place does not care about you or...

I paid 1700$ per month for roaches! This place literally rips out old carpet and uses a non contracted unprofessional “ no disrespect “ Mexican to complete “major repairs” 3 days into our unit the bug infestation begin, they charge for pest services but only contact pest services when you complain and 99% of the residents don’t. Day 11 the unit 3rd floor above my unit, the unit tubs begin to emerge through my roof, of course they cut the tub out and the ceilings were so wet put huge gym fans in my unit mind you I work from home! I was forced to take days off due ti the I’m inconvenience. The property manager was pretty nice and manipulative! If you rent apt 204 make sure that they exchange everything in that apt. When I was there I had a bad water leak from the upstairs apt. dishwasher the hole ceiling got wet,my furniture got wet,the leak destroyed my lab top. All the did was come in and patch things up instead of pulling everything out. It mold and mild dew growing in the ceiling,under the carpet,and the kitchen floor.
