I had ordered from their website numerous times because they had really good deals on their jewelry. I was very excited to receive my two packages once the tracking number said that it was shipped. But I went to my mailbox, and they were never there, even though they were marked as being delivered. I even went to the leasing office to see if they had my packages and they didn't. I have tried to contact them through email and Instagram and all they said was to wait until I get a response from USPS. Up to this date since October, I have lost $20 because of the items I never received and I have yet to receive any merchandise nor have they contacted me again to replace any items that I was supposed to receive. USPS hasn't contacted me whatsoever either, which I told them and they have not care to response whatsoever about the situation. If it were another company, they would've already send me other item's to replace the ones I never received. They have very bad buisness practices and don't care for keeping a happy customer.
