I usually love marshalls and for the most part this location is no exception. I am a bit miffed though, because I came in to return a dress my mom had picked up for me thinking I would wear it to a wedding I was attending. Needless to say, I did not want the dress so she asked me to go ahead and return it and use the money towards some jewelry or shoes or something. The tag was still on the dress, but she had clearly ripped off the "sale" sticker which in turn ripped part of the bar code off of the tag. but keep in mind, the tag CLEARLY SAID that it was from Marshalls. I took the dress in and tried to return it. The lady behind the counter was very nice, but told me that I couldn't return it because the bar code was missing and I didn't have the receipt. I was a little bit annoyed but I called my mom to see if she still had the receipt, and she did not. I then explained this only to be told that I couldn't return the dress even for store credit! What!? The dress is clearly marked as being from Marshalls, and it clearly hasn't been worn. Very...

Came in to buy a cologne I bought a women's perfume assuming it was a men's cologne (since it was in the men's accessories section).
Came back to return the item and was told I needed to have the tag on the item. Drove back home to get the item and when I returned the employee who did not have her name displayed (heavy set Hispanic girl wearing all black) told me that she needed my ID. I showed her my Jordanian ID she said "Oh you are not from here??" Not only that another female who did not have her name displayed walked up to me and said "what's your problem sir?" Talk about a bunch of rude people who do not know how to talk to people or the customers keeping their trashy company alive.
I hope "Michele" the manager who would not even acknowledge me standing reads this.
Will forsure contact corporate.

Read moreI always love shopping here. Everyone on staff seems to take their job seriously. By this I mean that they know their store, where things are and are pleasantly engaged with the customers. I get the feeling that they genuinely enjoy giving thee best customer service. Tonight I purchased 2 comfy jackets, a roomy pleather backpack purse, and a little shoulder purse... All for $101... And some change... Love this place!
BTW!!! A SUPER big huge shout out to Martha! It's tough working with the general public during this pandemic. Especially having to enforce wearing the mask while shopping to keep everyone safe. The woman who Martha was encouraging to wear the mask ( while shopping in a public place ) was incredibly mean, problematic and disrespectful. Much respect to Martha who kept her cool and still gave great customer service with a smile.
