This place is awesome. I was sad when Olamendis left, but Mucho Mucho is great too. Yummy salsas (the habanero will set your mouth on fire in the best way), escabeche pickled veg, ceviche, tortillas, so so good! I wish they could serve hot food though. But as my husband asked, apparently that's not up them since I guess El Cortez demanded a non-compete with the property management company which is bull. If El Cortez actually made good food they shouldn't worry about it (plus Mucho doesn't have tables - how is take out a competitor to a full bar/restaurant), but I guess I understand as they can't even keep bones out of their tacos and quesadillas. Multiple times we've been served bones (should've taken pics to share but oops too irritated) in our food that should NOT have bones and never even got so much as an apology. The only thing El Cortez is good for is micheladas and potato tacos (because hypothetically those shouldn't have bones). So FYI property management company, renegotiate those terms and I may visit your plaza more often and then maybe you can keep a tenant in that suite. Until then, I'll swing by for odds and ends from Mucho Mucho since...
Read moreThis is a great little store that I enjoy stopping by on my way home from work. Honestly the main thing I buy from them is their guacamole. I like it a lot and it’s right in front of the store. I’ve also enjoying their Mexican onions, energy drinks, hot sauces, and especially their chips. Their chips are so good that we vacuum seal them and eat them for weeks because we can’t finish them all in time but we don’t want to throw them away. They have a really good hot sauce collection and I’ve purchased at least three different ones from them recently and enjoy them all. You can’t find any of these hot sauces in regular markets. I have price shopped their items and I think they do a good job at being competitive. I used to have to go to San Juan for a store like this and this is so much more convenient because it’s on my way home. They have a lot to choose from in a very small store. The people that work there have always been friendly and the checkout is very fast. I look forward to stopping by again soon because it is a great little...

The meat & fish counter is top quality and they also have some fresh ready to eat food choices that are great in a pinch.
Staff is super friendly and prices are very reasonable.
Pro tip park around the side of the parking lot which is easier to navigate and there is a rear exit to the parking lot which is much easier than pulling out on...
