I usually visit this store because it is close to my employer. Every time I have visited I always end up leaving with poor results. I am not too particular with the heavy set guy who sports the chipped black manicure. He is not rude, but not very friendly nor does he seem to go over and beyond in customer service. Maybe he’s friendlier with other customers, but the few times I have been there, my needs were not met.
A black guy, whose name I cannot mention, helped me out tremendously. I was very disappointed when I was informed that he no longer works at this store.
I will no longer visit this store considering the experiences I had were not the best. I tried getting my phone transferred/activated to a new device. I don’t know the guy’s name, so I can only refer to him as the heavy set one wearing black nail polish. He examined both phones, looked up my account and claimed he couldn’t, and I quote, “do anything for me because I have a balance owed.”
My balance wasn’t due yet! He advised me to contact customer service. Reflecting back, when I initially went to his station, he really didn’t want to be bothered. He could have easily called customer support and assisted, yet he chose not to.
I ended up spending close to forty five minutes on the phone with customer support, who mentioned nothing about my balance owed. The process took a while, but the customer support rep was way more patient and friendlier.

They did failed to disclose they also have a upfront hidden fee of over 200 dollars. Something Verizon online does not charge. When I told them I will just order from online. They didnt tell me that they had already deactivated my wife's old phone and activated the phone we thought about buying when we walked out of the store. It took over 45 min on the phone with Verizon customer service to fix issue. Now I have to wait for return to show up even though I never bought the new pho e to ba able to upgrade wires phone. I ended up going in 5 separate times when each of their "hit reset" solutions failed. They finally decided my replacement phone was defective and gave me another replacement phone, but now this one is having issues too. They wouldn't even help troubleshoot the issues with this second replacement - they sent me straight to Verizon Tech Support. After a 90+ minute phone call with Verizon Tech Support and 3 short follow up calls (they were very helpful and provided good customer service), it was deemed that my physical phone is defective.
